DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD!

I MADE MY ORDER ON NOV 05 AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED YET!
Firstable they took like one week to see if the items I ordered are in stock what a damn joke Ik
Next when you items are out of stock they wanted to give me store credit... for what reason I would like to get my half or order lets suppose $20 dollars not counting the $50 dollars they charge for shipping. Ok they wanted to give me $20 dollars in store credit and said NO there is no way I would like to order from you again and also with $20 dollars I bought like 20 purses there is not way if I made a new order I can buy 20 purses with $20 bucks if the cost of shipping is over $20 you got me... where is my lost money?
After refusing to get a store credit they gave an option to add items to my cart it should be just $20 to cover my items that was out of stock and they gonna cover everything and gonna send my items with my previous order and I said well ok...but that's not all they still said its gonna take another week to check if your new items are in stock $#*!!
I made my order on Nov 6 and I haven't received my packages yet.
Once I noticed the tracking number is not working I contacted them cause idk how long my packages are. Once they sent me notifications my package has been shipped I don't have access to my tracking number, well I been contacting them and IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW THEY BEEN CLOSING, TRANSFER, AND IGNORING MY CHAT AND THEY BEEN ASKING MY ORDER NUMBER LIKE 5 TIMES THEY JUST WANNA DISTRACTED ME WITH THEIR STUPID QUESTIONS.
IS A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT HELPFUL I STILL DONT KNOW WHERE MY PACKAGES ARE AND I SPENT OVER $200 DOLLARS.
AND DON'T COMMENT MY POST YOU $#*!ING LIARS.

Considering as a fraud company

Read this review before you decide to order something from Nihao Jewelry.
I had ordered 3 times from them with all worst experience. I observed that they don't own all jewelry and fashion for 200,000++ products as they have been claimed in their website or advertising. Because they take time for preparing my order for many days ( more than a 10 days) to find what I ordered. Because they need to check from many of their partners factories to get those products. And they don't work on weekends ( Saturday and Sunday or holiday) so you will waste a lot of time for waiting. Also the shipping time, they exclude weekends and holidays too. The fastest delivery you will get, can be in at least 3 weeks.

Don't trust what they say in the website that 2-4 days delivery.
Even I paid for 8-10 days delivery ( a big money for shipping cost) I still got my order in 3 weeks.

As I mentioned above because they don't own those jewelry, so what happened to me to every of my orders is after I paid for products and shipping fee about 10 days later, I just got notified that my products are shortage. I got refunded for a product cost but I don't get what I paid for my shipping fee. You see how they are tricky and earn money from you.

It's fine if their product is out of stock but if they can't provide the product I had ordered, they just return my money for a shortage product and a shipping fee of it.

It's so disappointed that they don't know they have that product or not but they let people pay for that product and shipping fee. Then after 10+ days, their just tell customers that they don't have it but the customers paid for it already.
I still can order and pay for a product and a shipping fee for a shortage product from their website now!

One more thing you need to know is, when they return you a money. They don't return it back to your credit card or whatever you had paid but they will return it to your account credit in their website. It means my money is still with them and forces me to buy more products and this issue will happen over and over. Because I still want to use my money in that credit. Another thing, I can't buy anything with that credit ( even that is my money definitely)

My first order had 73 shortage products, they refunded me for a shortage product but wrong amount of shipping fee. I should get $28.46. But they return me for $11.30 only. I had calculated it by total weight I got charged on the day I ordered.

Second order had 50 shortage products. I got refunded for a product
BUT $0 for my shipping fee. I paid for $484.61 for shipping fee. The total of whole order is 40.2kg but minus the shortage product 15.5kg so now the remaining of order is 24.7kg only.
For this order, Nihao Jewelry contacted me that my parcel is overweight 14.8kg so l need to pay extra $125.

24.7-14.8= 9.9kg.
I paid $484.61 for order 9.9kg and I need to pay more $125 for over weight 14.8kg?
So $609.61 for shipping weight 24.7kg?

If I see this on the day I ordered, I won't order it absolutely.

But after we had a conversation they said they would pay it for me $125.

I don't think my shipping weight is over now.
So I need to get some returns for that shortage product weight for $172.66 (refer to the new order I check with a weight of 15.5 kg log same product)

Checked back to my previous order for 27.84kg, I got charged for shipping for $316.62.
It's impossible for now that I need to pay for a shipping fee for $609.61 for 24.7 kg of this order.
It's lighter than last time.

But one thing they need to keep in mind and be noticed is in your website, about shipping info. You charge your customers by weight, not a dimension. With many choices of shipping service and cost.

The customer see and agree with the price of products and price of the shipping they choose before they pay.
So now you can't say that Freight is not only the weight or any excuse because you offer it in your website.
If there's something wrong in this way. You will be responsible for it. Or edit the shipping info to avoid this situation for next time.

Also it's impossible for products which has a shortage product almost haft weight of order will still be over size shipping. I can tell you when I get it. Because I still have the box of my previous order with a lighter weight now.

And Last order, they don't allow me to use my credit in my account (it's my money though) to buy it so I need to pay more in full payment from my credit card. They said that product is not in their platform. Really? It's so tricky company.
I order something delivered from another dealers too (from many countries). This never happened! I get it in hands in a few days( not even week) with same delivery cost.

Note. Today is 15th day, I don't even get my 2nd shipping tracking number. She said to be patient for what I paid 8-10 delivery fee of that $609.61 fee for 24.7kg order

Worst supplier I have ever done business with...

I have been in business for 20+ years and Nihao is the worst supplier I have ever worked with.
QUICK SUMMARY.
1)This company tricks/scams you into larger purchases by offering discounts.
2)Takes the discounts away when they can not supply the product.
3)Keeps extra shipping fees you paid for the product they did not ship.
4)Require you to use this partial refund as a credit on their site.
5)Charging even more shipping to re-spend your money on site.
6)Sales Reps Jane/Francis scam you further by charging you fees for an actual refund or try to force you to commit fraud.
7)They don't ship products for weeks despite their claims otherwise.
8)They make no true Apologies/Acknowledgements/Adjustments for their poor business practices, lack of supply, nor lies about handling times.
9)One way or another it is going to cost you more than you agreed at the time of purchase, to do business with this company.
10)6 months later you like me will likely still be going in the same circle with the same person.
This company should not even suggest that I retract my HONEST EXPERIENCE. I can prove everything I am stating, and I will not change my opinion. I have spent hundreds of hours and sent over 100 e-mails and I get the same response every time from the same JANE/FRANCIS.

I would rate them a -negative 5 if I could for scam and Fraud. My first ORDER #NHUS*******336 was placed on Jan 20,2021, for $1336. 87 US after discounts for purchases over $1000. With $326.30 for 7-9 days (4-6 on the invoice) DSL shipping (NIHAO promise 24–48-hour processing) 13 days just to ship my order with no compensations. Of course, they were on Vacation (seems they are always on vacation I have gotten this excuse multiple times). My order did not ship till Feb 2nd, my order was shorted 92 out-of-stock items, totaling $131.50. I contacted them they stated they gave me an account credit. Although they only credited my account $126.67 for the product and nothing for the extra $55-$65. I paid for the DSL shipping. When I addressed them about this, I was told my order no longer qualified for the discount applied to my purchase because it no longer meets the $1000. Purchase requirement for the discount given at the time of my $1010. Product purchased after discounts. In addition, the account credit would not apply to future shipping. I was told when I was ready to place my refund/replacement order to contact my advisor to get a shipping adjustment. Which I did I was strung along then told the site would offer a shipping discount in a couple of days to wait and place my order then. I stated this was not acceptable as my shipping cost had not been refunded, I was then issued only a $20 account credit for standard shipping, not the DSL I paid for, and even worse you are not allowed to use account credit on shipping. After getting the run around I had no interest in placing another order with this company to recover my money was going to cost me an additional $50. To ship the new order with standard shipping. What if product from the new order was out of stock and again, I did not receive my full order I would again lose discount shipping credits and it would cost me more to reship each time. This is an unacceptable business practice. I insisted on a refund then they told me it had been too long, and it would now cost me a $30 transfer fee and I would have to provide them my bank account info. I refused this so they have now repeatedly sent a payment through the PayPal system as if they purchased a product from me costing a fee as well as state and federal taxes on my own money. Paypal policy says I can not receive the funds unless I send them products/services they purchased. This is fraud PayPal refused to release the money to me and advised me that if I accept this as a payment, then I am liable for a chargeback for 6 months if they chose to later dispute the transaction. If I can not prove I sent the product then I would lose, and they would be refunded the money and I have no recourse. My account has now been locked up, restricting me from conducting business through PayPal, because Jane/Francis has reprocessed this payment again. I have been tagged twice in this fraud. The company seems to be on vacation for a week or more each month, they never help and always refer you to Sales Advisor Jane who emails from Francis's email account, very sketchy as she is incompetent scams buyers and is trying to force me to commit fraud through PayPal to get the Refund I am rightfully owed because they could not meet their commitment to supply the product. I have requested to speak with a Manager/Owner/CEO so many times, Jane/Francis blatantly ignores my request. Even when I email different departments or contact the companies help/support links No one will help and always refer me back to e-mailing Jane/Francis.
