Terrible customer service. They won't let me return some products because it "didn't" follow their return & refund policy. But it clearly says that if it doesn't meet customer satisfaction they'd allow it. Tried many times for customer service but received zero help. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Your descriptions on your site are so badly written they are laughable! Misspellings abound, which make me wonder if the items are any better than their descriptions. Maybe you should hire someone with a decent command of the English language, since you seems so eager to break into the US Market.

My package has been sitting at a port for over a months and the company refuses to anything about it. Sad considering I have purchased from them before. Apparently, if your package gets lost on the mail you are on your own to dispute with your credit card company. What a dishonest and disgraceful company to deal with.

First and only order I will ever make. The clothes were really badly made I didn't get one of them because it was out of stock, a set of pj's was sent part of it. I have left several messages on their chat and nothing.

I placed and order on December 1st that should have gotten here on December 12th. I reached out to the company several times the account manager have yet to answer my emails or messages. I reached out to FedEx they says the label has been made but they have not received any items. This is my 3rd time ordering from them but it seems they are becoming crooks. I've been talking to the account manager Alice and she promised me the packages are now shipped out but then turn around to some of the items are out of stock. (Images of conversation down below) They are compulsive liars. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I need a full refund.

Two cotton night gowns were not cotton, one like rayon and one was a polyester and the nicer of the two -the rayon like one was way too small, only one of 5 items was decent but also a bit small

Loved my purchases they ship right away once complete you always get your order. Everything nicely packaged and so beautiful. They Respond back when asked anything thru WhatsApp never had no issues. I have done like 6-8 purchases from Nihaojewelry love there jewelry

The merchandise is pretty high quality especially based on the price points. We have ordered several times, checking quality and availability of handbags, accessories, hair items, etc., and we are pleased. I am especially always impressed with the packaging. Who ever they have packaging, wrapping, and preparing the package for shipping does an amazing job. I could not do better myself. My customer service contacts have also been very good at answering our many questions as well.

Amazing customer service, the product is excellent, high quality, good prices and variety in all categories. They answered all of my questions really fast and made me feel comfortable for my order, I will definitely buy again.

Im not gonna lie, I was skeptical at first about this company and the quality of the items. If you're feeling the same, let me tell you, DONT BE! I absolutely love everything! I have made about 5 big orders now and I am very happy with them. And their customer service is an A +++. Granted, there will be some delays because we're in different time zones, but they'll get back to you as soon as they are in business hours. I love this company!

I have had several orders from this company and generally am very happy with the product we have received. The only issue I have is their after sales service if you fine you have received a faulty item. It becomes so hard to communicate with the person who is supposed to handle your claim that I imagine most people give up. I have never received a full refund for faulty items which is not good business and considering the cost of shipping does tend to leave me feeling I don't know how much longer I will continue to shop with them.

I was super hesitant at first ordering from this site but ended up taking a risk. I can now say this site is awesome, products come in like they are pictured. I revived my packages within 2 weeks! Definitely recommend!

I am happy with my order. All of the items came in great condition. Nothing was damaged. I only give 4 stars because I paid for faster shipping and I didn't get my order within the time I paid for. They ended up using UPS instead of DHL due to the facility being too full( this is what was told to me). I did not receive a credit or money back from the shipping change & delay but overall the customer service was good, thank you Jane for keeping in contact with me through this process!

I am very satisfied with my first purchase. Everything arrived super well packed, the correct pieces and just what I asked for. The only part that I did not like very much was that it took a little time due to the change of out of stock products and the price of shipments is a bit high. But in general I highly recommend the page, it has excellent prices and good quality.

Navigating the site is very simple, it is arranged by categories. When you buy, you send your receipt and wait for it to be prepared. Once it reaches the destination city it is very fast, the things come in perfect condition and look better than the pictures. I am delighted with my orders that I have made so far.
