Do not do a review before receiving your medication for a few months. I am pre diabetic and overweight even though my insurance pays for my medication they want to stop that to pay for medication that is not covered. I have also been in the nursing field 27 years and this is absurd I have even talk with my regular doctor about my ozempic smdh! I can't wait until Monday!
The above title is the truth. I had knee surgery on October 20,2022 and in recovery told I was pre - diabetic and needed insulin before my first meal in 16 hours. I was shocked to hear this since my primary doctor did my pre surgery blood work and said nothing (including how I had high liver levels also!). A finger poke test showed she was right. To me that was life threatening and a wake up! I weighed 242 pounds.
My research brought me to NEXTMED and with RENA answering, very thoroughly and patiently, the 2000+ questions I had and connected me to Dr. Riley who prescribed Mounjaro...I've lost 70 pounds in 5 months! My last blood work showed normal levels all around! Life Saving! Thank You NEXTMED and especially RENA for the best customer service anyone could ask.
Cancelled service back in Dec 2022, they refunded my initial payment of $99. They confirmed my account was closed. However, March 2023 they charged my credit card $138, (UNAUTHORIZED). Scammers! I had to cancel my credit card to be sure they wouldn't charge me again. SCANDOLOUS! BEWARE!
My spouse and I both joined NextMed in November. The Ozempic works fantastic. I have lost 44 lbs and my spouse lost 19. She didn't have as much to lose. First, they take your payment out right away. Then you keep logging in and checking for bloodwork orders. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Took a few weeks for that, then 3 more for prescriptions. When we finally got started, the results were amazing. The appetite suppression began right away as did weightloss. Well, then time for refills. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Finally get them. Stay on track with continued loss. We ambled along with their crappy service because of the results. Then this last time we go onto the site and request refills. Went back and forth with emails. Today, they say they are out of network and won't be able to get refills. They do have a compounded GLP that will cost 10x more than our insurance price! We canceled! Don't go with NextMed! But do get on the injections! They are the best weightloss drug we have ever used! And we have used them all! Use your doctor or a REPUTABLE service provider!
I am very happy with my experience with this company. They do what they promise to do and the prices are reasonable. They have excellent customer service, and I'd like to highlight Girlie in particular, who has been amazing! She has helped me navigate the process since the beginning, and made everything so easy! I also very much appreciate Dr. Ryan Kelm, an awesome provider. I highly recommend this company, and I'm so glad they exist!
Rena reached out to ensure I received my next dosage of medication in a timely manner. She even followed up to ensure I received the medication from the pharmacy without issue. Rena is very nice and has provided excellent and professional customer service!
As of now, everything has been easy and the staff have been helpful especially Jeannine who has been the person I have communicated with about my appointments and follow ups. She answered any questions that I had. Trish Antonie, the Nurse Practitioner that I had my virtual appointment with was very nice and knowledgeable and explained things clearly. I am still in the process of working with them in getting my prescription as I had to get updated labs but everything moves very quickly and they are very responsive. Looking forward to continuing to work with NEXTMED!

I signed up a few days ago and had issues with their portal. But they called me right away to help. I have even called them with questions and they answered right away. My Semaglutide has shipped and I received confirmation from USPS and it will arrive today. So that's why I said so far so good they have been great.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Palumbo through nextmed.com, and I must say, my experience thus far (3 months in) has been exceptional. Not only was Dr. Palumbo prompt in refilling my medication, but the staff (shout out to JM)at nextmed.com have been incredibly friendly and professional throughout this journey.
From the moment I submit refill requests, I always receive prompt and timely updates from the staff and doctor (usually within a few hours).
In addition to Dr. Palumbo's promptness, the staff at nextmed.com are exceptional. I always feel like my concerns are being taken seriously. It is clear that they care about providing top-notch customer service.
Overall, I can't recommend nextmed.com enough. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy platform to get medical advice and medication refills, the nextmed.com is definitely worth checking out.

Job Theodore notified me by text, email and phone regarding an appointment that needed to be rescheduled. He was very efficient and helpful scheduling a new appointment and when that one was canceled a few minutes later, I was able to reach out to him to schedule another appointment. He responded promptly to any questions I had. He is an excellent customer service representative.
My experience with Tine G, was excellent. I had questions about medication and she responded very quickly and also followed up daily to make sure all my answers were completed.

I originally gave a great rating but this business is unresponsive and not dependable. I would not trust them with my health again. I was begged to leave a review early on in the program. Soon after leaving it, it became harder and harder to reach anyone. After my 6 months and the program was suppose to end my account continued to be drafted. It has been impossible to reach anyone. After weeks of waiting for a response to a email I sent asking for a refund I received one saying I would get a refund. After reaching back out to them because I never received the refund I received an email saying I don't have an account with them. They erased my account and now it's like I never had one. Just steer clear from them.
Great communication, fast response from doctors. Easy access to secure medical communications. Very convenient
Since starting with NextMed in February. I have lost 20lbs. The company and doctors have been very helpful with any questions I have had. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Palumbo and Dr Marc Serota. Thank you JM as well for all your assistance
Charged me month after month with NO Treatment! They have horrible customer service and it's a complete scam.
Well it took almost four weeks to even get the medication in. After calling and emailing daily for even just a tracking number I still never received it. Tina G was helpful in tracking it down.
Since I joined next med I have issues getting my prescription and they take the payment from your bank account and they still sending you bills that you owe them and if you try to communicate with them is going to only by email and you have to explain over and over because you don't have a specific person that can help you with your process or questions that you have. I have problems since March 17 and they do nothing.
