Everyone is super attentive and professional. Concerns are taken seriously and appointments are booked efficiently. Medication sometimes runs out but is National shortage not really their fault.overall great service.
I have been with Next medical for many months and am now down nearly 30 pounds. The doctors are supportive, and the staff is extremely responsive. Alvin even called me today to ensure I received my medication and to proactively set up my next zoom call with the Doctor. This has been such a great experience and has been the easiest weight loss journey of my life. I am very close to my goal and am thrilled.
I was skeptical and not losing weight while working out. I didn't know nor understand the key I was missing. Having done Atkins for a few months, I just simply wasn't losing weight. I saw a commercial on Fox News and decided to give it a try. To my pleasant surprise, it was really easy and works. I quickly found that my issue was "Caloric Intake". After the first dose, my appetite was suppressed. I was able to do intermittent fasting with no issues, no hunger, and the pounds started to drop off. I had zero side effects, felt great and the more weight that I lose the better I feel and the more energy I have. I hope this helps someone on the fence, checking the program out.

I have had a very good experience with nextmed. I started 8 months ago and have already lost 38 pound. I was able to do almost everything from my home either online or by phone. My prescription shows up through mail and I do my follow up appointments through a web meeting. I am very happy with the service I receive.

Customer service has been great at Next Med. They always respond to my concerns in a timely manner. They are always pleasant and want to help. I have had several cancelations with my providers and delays in getting my medication. But the Next Med staff has always reaponded quickly. I think I've been on every diet known to man. But I have found success with Next Med. I try to keep my carbs low and this is really seems to work. I started out at 210 and I'm now 155. I'm very happy with the help that these medication's have given me. The people I've worked are very supportive and helpful. They are only a phone call or email away. They are quick to respond. Not only did the Next Medical fail to deliver on its promises, but it also left me with nothing but a hole in my pocket. The lack of support and poor customer service only added insult to injury. It became increasingly evident that the company's sole purpose was to deceive unsuspecting individuals like myself and profit from their desperation.
