The actual size not the same, the shoes are little beet small in sizes
The app has a lot of glitches, or maybe it's a trick for more clickbaiting, don't know. Thought It was just an app for shopping and looks like a casino
The shirt quality was very bad and the shirt size didn't really match the size. It felt bigger than what the size should be. The picture on the shirt also felt poorly placed and would probably peel off if put to wash multiple times. Very dissatisfied and will probably never buy from you guys again. If a refund were much easier to do I would do it in a heart beat. The shirt got thrown into the closet to probably never get worn again. Shirt was also over priced for the quality we got $20+ for something worse $2 at a flea market type quality.

Hello New chic I am a loyal customer who has bought dozens of dresses. I live in Kenya and I am really happy with the dresses that I receive. The only issue I have is the customs fees I have to pay when the dresses are sent through DHL or Fed ex. It is really a lot. Please could you use only Aramex to post the items as they don't charge any customs fees. Thank you

Zippers are not all alike. Some nylon, some metal. Pockets small.
I needed to get a size up, but could not return for refund or exchange without paying for shipping back to China (very expensive). It came from a US-based distribution center, but returns could only be made overseas. What a scam. They know no one will return shoes when it results in a net loss of money. And they offer a partial refund if you don't want to pay the shipping, but that means they still get to keep half of your money. Better hope the shoe fits you right...

Really inexpensive to purchase and sometimes they hit is out of the ballpark, and other times the old adage is correct, "You get what you paid for". In the jewelry arena, if in the description it is using words to describe stones (coral, turquoise, etc), chances are they are epoxy images of those colors, not actual stones or even a bead, but a paper image with epoxy. And some of those look fantastic, and some kind of cheesy. This last order, about 75% I will keep. The rest I will donate because the process of returning overseas is not worth the time. But don't consider this review as a Buy Beware, because it's not. For inexpensive, cute or unusual items, I frequent NewChic. So, I would say, Be an Informed Buyer, don't purchase for a sweetheart's gift, because it's that inexpensive for a reason.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
