My order is more than 1 month over of the planed shipping date. I didn't receive any info why this is taking so long or if it is even shipped, all the website says is order received, planed shipping date... (and that's over a month ago, ordering about 2 months). After a hell of a research on their website I found out that it seems to be one product from my order that is still missing (out if stock) but still no information about that.
Order number ******* placed in September, I haven't received it, why is that.
Thw product took a long time to come in also both bras were supposed to be same fit but one considerably fit smaller than the other and the other bra that fit was a super weird fit

I have used newchic for six years now, and have never had a problem with what they have delivered, sometimes they run out of an item but they have always refunded me immediately and without question for items that aren't coming. The only problem I have with this company is winnowing my shopping cart down to what I can afford to rather than what I want to buy, I have a lot of items on my wish list...
My Mom is 94. I have been looking for a purse for her. She is blind likes to be independent caring her own purse.
It needed to have different departments for her to set her purse up so she could find what and when she needed. Plus was a very nice leather.
I ordered my husband a pair of shoes but when they got here he didn't like them. When I asked to return them, I found out that when you return them you have to pay postage. What they don't tell you is they have to returned to China and the shipping is $42. The order was $62 but they told me they would refund me $22. Won't be ordering from them again.
