I tried to get in contact with them for our order which hasn't even been shipped yet ( over a month ago we placed our order) and we still haven't had any contact. I new the shipping would take a while but I can't believe the order hasn't even been packed or sent yet!

It was already damaged when we got it. The material was cheap and it had split in several places.
I made my purchase 1,5 months ago (19. Of August) right now it's the 2. Of October and the package isn't even on is way yet. Still in China. So its very easy to give a review. There are 2 possibilities.
Nr. 1 scam, Nr. 2 extremely unprofessional work. And no it does not matter if they might have forgot something out what ever. A online Shop has all purchases in its database and even if they would have forgot it, they could see it. So if its forgotten, they are just not able to do their work. So simple.

Good Efficient Service! Great Quality! Fit well... I feel Blessed to have found Newchic... I generally struggle with shoes as my feet are small and most UK size3 or US36 from Commercial shoe outlets as well as online here in South Africa are generally too big and ill-fitting... but Newchic shoe sizes and styles fit me much better and are comfortable enabling me to walk better... I am also very impressed with the wide range of beautiful footwear! Please keep up the Great work!

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
