Anteriormente não havia cobrança de taxa de envio, sempre fiz compras de valores altos, agora além disso, há cobrança no correio aqui no Brazil, no final das contas não está mais compensando comprar na NewChic.

It is my first order, so I don't have any experience with your shipping yet.
The products on the site look good quality. There are a lot of interesting products to choose from. And the price is reasonable. So far, so good.
(a few weeks later...) I finally received my order... I tried it on to see if it fits... Nope. I ordered an XXXL size (European). The label on the outside (the only label on it) also said XXXL. But I can barely put it on. Normally I have room to spare, but now I can barely put my arms in the sleeves. When I want to close the front zipper, I have to exhale. Once closed, I can hardly breathe! I feel like a tied up sausage!
I gave it to my neighbour's 12 year old son. He's happy with it... Apparently Hong Kong sizes differ from European sizes...
Now I have doubts ordering something else...
But I must say this: the product was of very good quality! Let there be no doubt about that!

The product is made and as far as I am aware delivered from China, hence the long wait for delivery. However, in this case the goods arrived exactly 4 weeks after they were ordered and the bras are perfectly acceptable and a reasonable fit. I don't have any complaints to make about the product or delivery.
The shirt looks nice, but I'm afraid it won't be very durable. It seems like the fabric is very thin

To find out were my order was that i was told the items were out of stock Eventually the items arrived. Will say I was VERY pleased with the cardigans, they were also a nice fit.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
