And on other items, you require a "2 item minimum," but your website doesn't allow me to choose another color of the same item. This forces me to but two of the same item in the same color. If you require a two item minimum, it would be good if a customer can at least order two different colors of the same item.

Lean bien las descripciones antes de comprar. Es una FUNDA para edredón SIN edredón, incluye las fundas de almohada y una sábana encimera. No se va a ver igual que en las imágenes de ilustración. Yo ya tenía el edredón, y solo quería la funda así que en ese sentido no hay problema. Es el tamaño correcto (king size). La calidad y los acabados eso si dejan mucho que desear. Paguen un poco más compren en otro lado algo que les dure por mucho tiempo porque estos no.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
