I ordered some new underwear, and the fact I live in northern Ireland and you guys sent this stuff here is great, I knew it would take a few week but worth it.

I received all of the products I had ordered they are all exactly what I was wanting and other than the length of shipping it was all great!

The shirts are made of very cheap material, nothing like the picture. The sizing runs very small. Even the cut wasn't per the photos. Delivery was super quick.

To be honest, i'd given up on the jacket ever coming... looked on the site, 2 months had passed and it still only said order received... wasn't over joyed at the quality of the jacket...

Agreed... I ordered what I thought was size 9. The width was fine but the Length was a bit long! The Boot is extremely comfortable... like wearing a great slipper! We'll see about durability.

The quality of the globes is poor, the zipper of one of them doesn't work. Not a good experience for my first and maybe the last purchase.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
