I ordered a Hoodie and loved the design but when it arrived I really wasn't happy with the product and its unwearable. The material is really weird and doesn't feel or look nice to wear. It looks like a cheap waterproof plastic. Cotton or some sort of Cotton blend would be so much better. This material has really let down the product and I won't be wearing it.
The listing stated that sizes did run small. I generally wear an XL or XXL, so I ordered the 4X. It still fit like a L.

All all directions were clear although the material was not so thick as I imagined from the photos.
Very quick delivery. However shirt fabric were thin and low quality.

Really quick and easy to register and PayPal is an option which is my preferred method of payment.
It was only my second order with NewChic, I do not quite understand that delivery need to take 3-4 weeks

Ordered after seeing an ad on Instagram - thought the site seemed a bit dodgy at first but ordered anyway. Took a few weeks to come as I'm in England and was shipped to America but product was great when I got it - perfect size and well made

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
