After ordering this jacket as a replacement for an earlier order from NewChic, which was out of stock (after waiting weeks and weeks for it!), When it finally arrived it was MUCH too small. I usually have size XL, but chose 2XL to allow extra room. However, although the label said "2XL" it was so small that it was a struggle to get my arms into the sleevesI Once I did get it on, the jacket was so small that the front would not meet and certainly not allow the zip to be closed. My son-in-law who is a medium size, tried the jacket on but could also not zip it up.
I am very disappointed that after waiting neary 2 months for a jacket, I still don't have one that I can use and I have now wasted over £50. I can certainly not be recommend NewChic to friends and family. It is a shame because the actual jacket was exactly the style I wanted, seems good quality and was reasonably priced, but all I now have is an unusable garment gathering dust!

My first experience with NewChic turned out to be one of the best. These trousers are irresistible. I cannot take them off. They are slightly longer than my actual size but otherwise are perfect in every aspect.
Sadly I returned to buy some 10 or 15 white o-neck t-shirts, 100% cotton, but there aren't any. I am still looking elsewhere.
The website is user friendly, and prices are below average, so I'll keep returning whenever I need something.

I've bought a shorts worth 12.82 more than a month ago & paid around $12 for the shipping. The material is polyester. It's thin & very light & the feel is silky. Really comfy. That's double the price of the 5 shorts. The shorts is very light. The 5 shorts will weigh less than 200g in total.

I ordered XL size as I know America's size is larger than Korea.
But the XL size is not fit to me, and even to smaller than Korea's same size.
I think your XL is L in Korea, so I gave to my father and friend.
They are just 170cm in height, and well fitted.
So, I am very worrying about the size to order again.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
