I bought 2 pairs of casual shoes from this website they arrived in good time. I tried them on, and they were incredibly narrow, and I am a wide fitting, and I found them uncomfortable. I contacted the customer service department about their returns policy. It took a day or two to receive a response, only to be told - and I quote "it was what you ordered" and "it is your mistake" After a string of emails, some of which offered a refund, and then back tracked, and said I could have £5 - I am at the point now where - for the sake of what I paid for the shoes against my time and effort - I am going to drop it - and never order anything from them again.
I had unfortune that mine purchase didnt arrive but thanks to customer care and especially Settla new resend is arranged - order A*******5005A. Thank you NewChic for good care and professional help and solution.

Bought a size 2 dress that was really more like an 18. Contacted customer service, took two days for them to respond. The email was sent to me, but it was not my name nor was it my order. The instructions were literally undecipherable. Finally got info and I have to pay for return shipping - $16, no tracking #. First class would be $33 - more than the cost of the dress. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a pair of shoes, size 10. I am normally a size 9 1/2 to 10. It took 4 weeks to get the shoes delivered from Hong Kong. I couldn't even get my foot into the shoes they were so small. I emailed NewChic about returning the shoes and was told I would have to pay return shipping AND enclose photos of the shoes and shipping label. I sent the photos [what if I didn't have a smart phone to take pictures?]. I just got yet another email stating that's not good enough, I have to send a photo of the shipping label and tracking number. There was NO shipping label that I could see. I give up. I just lost $20 on a pair of shoes that do not fit and that I cannot return. AVOID this company. Don't say I didn't warn you!

The 2 pair of shoes are nicely made, fit well and are just like the photos - cute. I did have to write to ask about the delivery status as there id no tracking # provided - received a prompt reply and the shoes arrived 2 days later.
Ordered some items over 2 months ago. Sent 3 messages trying to see what's up and after a week got a reply saying they were sent out 3 weeks ago (so well over a month after I ordered) and that it takes up to 25 days for delivery. With no tracking information. Now they're refusing to refund me (they have told me twice to just wait it out because they apparently shipped it but have zero shipping info) so I had to file a fraud complaint with PayPal.

I have ordered some goods on 30th May. Order was divided into 4 pieces - ok, with that I can live, maybe it depends on goods. Since I did not receive any goods yet, I have tried to check where they are at the moment with provided tracking system. It looks like that one of these orders have reached my country in the beginning of June, but still couldn' t reach me. One of the other orders is in Netherlands and two others in Singapore. How? Why?

Being as everything id made in China these days the quality and fit is better here than most.
They are easier to deal with than others, if it didn't cost so much to return stuff it would be easier too.
I think many have noticed the explosion of mail-order clothing companies advertising on Facebook. I've had medium luck--nice clothes, unreliable fit--so have had to consign some nice items. I think NewChic has sensible, trustable sizing, and I speak as a non-obese but full-figured woman whose blouses/dresses tend to span over the bust. Perhaps it is the "flowing" type of garment they offer, but my luck has been good. Some of these things are definitely cheaply and quickly made, but good for a couple of summers.

I ordered shoes I saw on facebook. Ordered them May 22nd and they arrived today June 27th. I wasnt happy with the time it took to get them, but i have them on my feet right now and I have to say it was worth the wait. The leather is buttery soft and they have a good sole on them. I will definately order again and be prepared for the wait.
Expect it to take over a month if not longer to get your items... Plus, Items always on back order. Customer service almost non existent... Buyer beware!
I ordered these on June 10th for 4th of July Celebrations. Items came on the 5th of July. Thank a lot for slow shipping! Then the items were described as "Mens large", they are in fact "Childrens medium" in size. Oh but wait, there is an "International" sizing chart that not really explained on the sizing menu... If your in USA, Europe or Canada/ UK then expect everything to be very very small in comparison... a mens large in USA is actually a men XXL in "international"...
To send back and get a refund it would cost me $61.00 to send to China with tracking. RIP OFF! Plus they want photos of package and contents... HUGE HUGE SCAM!

Ordered 3 dresses from these cowboys on April 18, by May 19 still not received. Company provided tracking link and found my package in retained by Customs as they had failed to attach a Customs Declaration Label. Had to provide 3 different sets of documents including identification and proof of purchase/description (which they should have done!) and countless e-mails. Today, over 9 WEEKS since placing order, received an advisory notice from the Postal Service that if I want my package I have to pay a further 21.99 and go and collect it! Newchic response to my emails - "it should be there by now is the address correct" - honestly, I despair! Waiting to hear what they are going to do about my refund and extra costs. Might have to be another review. Started a Paypal dispute in May and still waiting for them as well - they are about as bad as Newchic

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
