I purchased a ticket from Delhi to Manali (India) via the mytrip website. The flight was cancelled due to bad weather. I contacted the airline (Alliance) who said I need to contact the company I purchased the ticket thru for a refund. I entered into a 1 hour online conversation with mytrip. Their position was quite simple. I must contact the airline for a refund. Logically that is wrong as I purchased thru mytrip (basically the travel agent so to speak). Despite mytrip attempting to shove me off to the airline I am persisting. What ever the outcome will be, the lack of service and the need to argue and negotiate every step of the way is quite clear. Shocking service. The reality is obviously quite clear to them but apparently of little to no interest. I assume a certain percentage of customers loose patience and give up. This will not be the case with me.
Easy to use and the best deal. I would like to say there are lots of flight information and all the combination of the best deal.

I need to cancel a flight and refound because it turns not convinient for me ( the airline changes the trip and put me 2 stops when i had originally only one) and it is very dificult. I did'nt recibe reponse yet

All of the additional fees makes the flight appear cheaper than it really is. Having to go through and select or choose not to select all the additional options is painful. Show me the full price and then reduce it as I deselect all the extras.
