A little satisfied but hated the price changing game! It was $606 several minutes ago, then it changed to $610 for the same flight right when I wanted to book. Won't book on this site again!

Reservé un vuelo CON una maleta de 20kg. Me llegó el recibo solo con itinerario y precio sin indicar detalles extras de que incluye. Para mí desagradable sorpresa al facturar el sistema me dice que no hay maletas a facturar. Es un fallo del sistema.
He hablado dos veces con atención al cliente y no admiten el error y además no me incluyen la maleta adicional ahora. Me dicen que contacte con la línea aérea y ésta me dice que contacte con Mytrip. Un círculo vicioso y mafioso. Ahora sin maleta ni ayuda. Me piden que intente facturar en el aeropuerto y pagar excesivamente por algo que ya pagué desde inicio.

This is the worst customer service in the world, I booked a ticket after submitting payment i got an error and when i resubmited it created 2 pnr(2 tickets) duplicate same person, when i called i was refused to talk to manager and i was told i will be charged for canceling one of the duplicate ticket - i asked if don't cancel one of the duplicate i will have a duplicate ticket which no airline will allow for passenger to fly.
Worst feeling -
It took me hours and hours and hours including with over someone else helping me for 2 hours. I had already turned down tickets for $1600 for the same flights that I ended up paying $2200 through Kayak, not including taxes and bag fees for another $200. This was just light economy or basic economy, not first class. I regret using Kayak

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
