Agent would not fix the typo. They also said a passport was REQUIRED to travel.
I informed them that a driver's license is all that is needed before May 2025.

Overall it was pretty good booking with My trip. There was low cost, last minute flights available on two different airlines. And the telephone customer service was actually good too. But there was a problem with check in with the airlines. I did not receive an email from the airlines for check in, even though a customer service rep said I would get the emails to do that. I noticed there was a different email address given to the airlines by My trip. The customer service rep said that was normal and ok. But it was not. I had to go to the Airlines websites and app to Check In for each flight. It was a hassle and time consuming to do that. But everything else was good with My trip and I would use them again if needed.
First time using this site. I look forward to a nice vacation.

Always find great deals in this app. It is an easy process to book your trip. It gives you manny options in terms of flight hours and airlines. I like that it gives you a visual of the baggage for each flight. Love this app.
I just tried booking a second flight after the first booking was with no issue. My card was charged but the order number never issued. The money is gone but the ticket is not in my email.
