Purchased tickets, then had to cancel due to major health issues. Person on the phone confirmed a partial refund of about a third of the ticket cost which would roughly be £600.4 months after I called every day and emailed to confirm I was getting a refund, manager confirmed I would. Still no refund. They have stolen the money and every time I call they say the exact same thing, "if we said we would refund the money, we will" always foreign people who barely speak English. I have it in writing that they are going to refund then I also received an email after they confirmed i would receive a refund stating they would not refund the money. I book around 10 flights a year, this was my first and last experience with them. I confirmed with the airline they refunded GotoGate but refuse to refund me. As discussed I will be pressing legal charges and damages now for mental health issues, and anything else I can take them to court for. Happy to spend more than I would get in return as long as they are held accountable for their actions. Thieves.

This airline did not communicate on a professional tone and refused to uphold the policy that the airline itself, was willing to honor. When I spoke with China Eastern Airlines explaining that there was a confusion with my flight, where-the timing provided was "military time" but it was failed to be mentioned in the booking that I received (#rKVEVM1), they explained that all I needed to do was call the agency so they could get me on the next flight. However, I spent 1:50 being passed from one costumer service to the next, with no solution. The first costumer service explained that there was an available flight for September 3rd at 1:45 am but when she understood that I was aware of the policy that the airline itself offered (being offered another flight) she passed me to the next assistant. The person she passed me over to, she was incredibly rude. She said that she did not have any flights available and when I explained that the person prior to her stated that there were flight available, she indirectly accused me of lying by stating that the lady had not left a note for her so therefore I did not speak to any agent before her. I was deeply offended by her claim. Second, I asked whether I could be accommodated into the next flight as per company's policy, she stated that she did not have a next flight initially until September 5th and when I asked to be accommodated to that flight, she said: "oh I do not have flight for the rest of the year." Third, the lady lied explaining that she enabled the airline directly to make changes to the ticket when in reality such a thing was not possible, nor did she uphold what she claimed to do and when I called China Eastern, they explained that she did not give them authorization. The lady kept claiming that her system shut down and she could not search and it was absolutely terrible. I have compiled a list of reviews from other costumers as honestly, many costumers have described them as a scam.

Paid for a flexible ticket and had to phone to re-schedule flight. Just been told no flights from the country i live in, doesn't make sense as there are 4 alone from one company, every day!
Then tried to tell me that there is one flight, on the one day i couldn't do, at a further cost of £1200!

I bought plane tickets on Mytrip.com that were supposed to be at 412 euros. At the time of payment, they were still displayed at 412 euros. However, when I received the confirmation email, I had the (very) bad surprise to constat that I had been charged 974 euros. Fortunately, I realized this immediately, and I was able to call your customer service on time for them to cancel. Yet, there was another bad surprise: I was said that 51 euros will be deducted from the total amount I paid. This is absolutely outrageous. Fortunately, I took screenshots during all the steps of the purchase. This website is a fraud and I really wonder how this is possible that they still exist!
mytrip.com scammed me out of my refund even though I paid extra on their site for cancellation insurance. They reimbursed 10% of my ticket price and have not replied with anything but "if you have problems talk to your bank". What a total scam!
Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this agency! I booked a flight with them and during the process the page froze and the site wrote that my card was not charged so I made the reservation again, just to receive two confirmations. They ended up charging me for two identical tickets! When I called to cancel the operator was very unhelpful and condescending and they made me pay a cancellation fee. I tried to issue a complaint but their policy only allows you to do so two months after the flight! Worst experience I ever had in booking flights.
I booked my flight with MyTrip to go from Germany to Canada for a summer vacation. After being in Canada for a week and a half I decided I wanted to extend my trip one more week. The airline said I needed to do this through MyTrip as that was where I purchased the ticket. The submission page for the flight change request was not very clear so I decided to call the customer support line to make sure once I submitted my request that we would contact me about all options and prices and not just book the closest flight to my desired date. I called 3 different numbers (one of which was only open 7am-6pm Eastern European Summer Time) and each time I was told they were not able to help me and that I needed to call another number. This happened until I went full circle and I was given the very first number I called. When I tried to email Customer Support after that, I was just given the first phone number again... All I wanted to do was ask about the functionality on their website to request a flight change and not a single person was able to help me. I got a cheapish flight from them but that is the only good thing I can say about MyTrip... I would not recommend booking with them.
FRAUD COMPANY. Didn't cancel my tickets even after multiple requests. I was even willing to pay a hefty amount of money for cancellation (which was ~70% of the ticker value).

Booked flights from UK to Halifax, Nova Scotia. Two flights either way. Paid £160 to reserve specific seats, since my mum is a nervous 1st time flyer and really wanted to make sure she was sat next to me. Neither of the flights had our seats reserved. We complained via email and I've beeb told that I'm not getting refunded any money for the reserved seating, and that the return flights don't have seats reserved either.
MyTrip has overcharged my credit card for fees that did not appear on the booking page.
No response from their customer service over 2 months no matte how many email i sent.
I wish there was less than 1 star, Mytrip is just the worst travel agency you can deal with them. We have requested a flight cancellation and they are failing to do any communications or refund with the airlines.
Stuff are not professional at all, everytime I have to call I have to explain the case from the beginning and they fail to give me an answer to any of my queries.

I bkg flight from Sofia Bulgaria to Montreal Canada with Turkish airline.
They canceled the connecting flight so i apply to full refund.
8 weeks later they don't even submit claim to Turkish Airline for refund.
I am going back to the the airline for refund.

We booked 2 flights. On both Air China changed the dates. They did not suit. Air China refused to talk. My Trip was a disaster.
1) took months to reply to client support request or official complaint.
2) told me a return flight booked was one way only (despite the e ticket in my hands being return)
3) 4 hours waiting for customer service (joke) to reach an Asian who could not speak English and who shouted when asked to speak slower.
4) Do not follow up when agree things (in fact they don't do what they say)
Incompetent? Yes.

Right after my wedding I booked accidentally a ticket on my maiden surname. I send them a certification of my marriage and they said the changing of my name is in progress. That's 2 months ago. Since than I called several times and they told me it's still in progress. Tomorrow is the flight and today I called again and they told me it's not possible to change the name. Now I don't know if they will let me flight tomorrow with a different name... I really feel fooled.

I had flights booked for the 29/03 2019 which were cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund over a year later! They owe my little under £700 and I've had to be the one out of pocket this whole time.
I've spoken to multiple members of their incompetent 'customer service team' who won't be able to give you any useful or reassuring information about where your refund is or what their process is to get your refund back to you. On one occasion I asked to speak with a manager and the individual told me that they weren't available but later on in our conversation said 'let me check with my manager'! They will lie through their teeth and they'll be as vague as possible whilst you're wasting more of your money speaking to them on the phone.
On more than three occasions I was told that I would get frequent updates on the status of my refund and to this day I don't think I've had any communication with this company if I've not initiated it. The email replies I've received have all been basically formatted and I've had hardly any human to human correspondence.
I believe that this company will do anything to not refund you your money and that they sit there hoping and praying that you'll suddenly forget that they owe you money! Oh and watch out because they'll try to tell you that they won't refund the full amount that you paid either and they won't offer any compensation for any other rearrangements, new transport or for the stress.
I will be leaving this review on every platform I can find so that more innocent people don't fall into their trap.
I booked a trip to Orlando with Swiss back with Air Canada via mytrip. Unfortunately my maiden name was entered. Now I want to change my name on the booking. Although mytrip in their terms and conditions 3.5. Indicates to make a name change, if the respective airlines allow this (Swiss and Canada Air allow it) mytrip refuses to change the name and informs me that I have mine Cancel booking without receiving a refund. The matter will probably land with the lawyer. Never book again with mytrip!
