I was happy with the options available for shipping to Thailand. I have opted for the cheapest budget option several times now and although a bit slower there have been no issues.
Better is still possible. I have ordered items from Amazon Germany and waited for 3 weeks instead of four business days (to US). It definitely spoiled the whole shopping experience. Nevertheless, it arrived in one piece and everything else was explained well form the myGermany team.
My experience have been extremely disappointing. I have placed multiple Concierge Orders from Jan 2024 and I have only received 1. The rest of the orders are not even placed and I'm asking for a refund and they are not even replying after countless emails!
I never experienced such a terrible customer service like this before. I even signed up for premium membership!

Their online estimator grossly underestimated shipping charges, but you do not learn this until it is too late to return the item. Then they tell you that you can have a small discount by leaving positive online reviews. Their customer service is so slow that the process has dragged out now more than 6 months. I paid for door-to-door delivery and was afterwards advised that they would only deliver door-to-port and that I was responsible for additional delivery charges. When I complained they only responded after I left a bad review, and with vitriol. I paid for tracking and when I asked for an update on the status of the parcel, which was only tracked to Hamburg, they sent me a very rude email. Avoid dealing with these people. I have no confidence my item will arrive.

They quoted me a price for door-to-door delivery, which I paid. After I had paid they told me that a broker would handle the transport to my house from the port, and that would incur extra charges. Now they do not respond when I try to contest this. It has now been more than 4 months since I started trying to work with them, and I am still no closer to receiving the item that I bought in June!

I have had mixed experiences in the past years. The MyGermany team managed several packages without any issues. Now, they have crushed the good image. I have ordered a phone. It has arrived at MyGermany. I have paid a high amount for the shipping. They shipped it by FedEx, and several days later, the courier handed over an empty box to me. I complained about the issue at MyGermany and my local FedEx office, where they told me that MyGermany should send an official complaint. I offered all the necessary information to them. Nothing happened for weeks. I inquired to get an update. No reply from MyGermany. I got the feeling that the phone was stolen at MyGermany, and it would be against the business to investigate, or they would know it. I will probably initiate a legal process to settle the issue, and I will request help from FedEx since it is also about their reputation. I'm sorry to experience this from a good service provider.

They have provided me with excellent service over the past few years. All of the things have been beautifully packaged and there have never been any lost or stolen items. I have been using them for a few years. I even occasionally succeeded in clarifying things through email or chat, and each time I got a helpful response that solved the issue. Bringing all my belongings from Germany to Malaysia was made much easier by Johanna.
They offer good service. Their reply to emails is fast enough, they deal with irregular requests.
However I would recommend myGermany they revise their UI on management page. Because after forwarding shipments, we cannot check information of those anymore, and the management page itself does not look pretty.
I read a lot of bad reviews AFTER I placed my order. As you can imagine, I was worried about getting my package on time or at all. However, I was very pleasantly impressed, I had no problems at all, I followed the instructions given which were simple and straightforward (including uploading my invoice and credit card verification), selected my shipping provider and received my order within a reasonable time. In fact I believe the delivery from the German company to myus.com warehouse took longer than from myGermany.com to me in the UK. I chose the option to have myus.com settle my duties and taxes upon delivery, which also saves me that hassle. Overall I'm really satisfied.
Was wary of using any package forwarding service in the first place but their customer service changed my mind. They were very responsive and saved me a lot of money, especially since the store I bought from had extremely high shipping rates. My shipment arrived in 7 business days (early)I'm beyond impressed with their service and how smooth the process was. Honestly I'm just really surprised. Will definitely use their service again!
