1st order, their website bugged and sent it to a wrong address.
It was cancelled but the shipping not refunded: how?
2nd order: stuck & confiscated by DHL (for no valid reason, they pretend my item was not authorized but I checked and it was): sorry we can't do anything.
Let's make a recap:
- 79€ for a cancelled order (which is illegal, based on customers rights)
- 209€ of parcel worth
- 109€ for the second shipping
=> 400€ lost.
They take your money but are "sorry they can't help", avoid at all costs.
I just used their services the first time. The service was excellent including: Packaging, delivery time and customer service.
The only surprise I had was that while the package was requested to be delivered by DHL it was transfer in Israel to the local Post company. It was a concern because Post IL is known for huge delays. But eventually the package arrived on time.

Johanna was very responsive to my questions and my demands. There were delays due to the pandemic but I didn't mind that all since they were very hands-on with the way they handled things. I got my packages after a little over a week. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll continue to avail myself of their services.

I procured a shipping service inclusive of insurance from MyGermany.com for the transit of my goods from Germany to the USA. Upon delivery, the goods were found to be damaged and rendered unusable. I promptly reached out to the company to initiate the insurance claim process and seek reimbursement. However, despite my initial contact on March 19th, I have yet to receive a response to my emails.
This site is a scam! Unbelievable coming from Germany right!? Almost all buttons don't work and after you buy something they don't contact you! I bought a 10 usd item and they want 50 euros for shipping! Is this a joke?

Ordered an expensive express shipping. Due to arrive in 1-2 days its been 5 days and the item will arrive tomorrow(hopefully).
1. For unknows reasons they declared over double the price I did, which resulted in inflated custom charge
2. What the point of 250 euro express urgent shipping if it takes a week like a regular shipping
3. Full of hidden costs, i was expecting costume charges only but upon receiving the item encountered charges like size fee, laptop fee and double charged for insurance.
The shipping costs with the hidden charges and inflated custom charges will amount to be hgiher then the item itself and I did not got it in time.
Currently dealing with PayPal to reach some sort of partial refund.
We needed a painting shipped from Germany to USA (where we live). I would like to give 5 stars for MyGermany services, because they have a very good service, but one thing made me sad for a few days. I used the calculator on the MyGermany website, and it show a lot of options. I choose one of them for 58. When I try to ship my consolidated package from the outbox, there was only one option for 180. I have tried to contact by e-mail, but no answer for a few days. The next step was the online form. Finally I have got an answer from Eva who make me happy again with a lot of shipping method. Thank you Eva:-)
Now I can trust again in MyGermany and recommend for everyone.

Very unprofessional, I contacted them on June 16 trying to arrange pickup and international dispatch of an item I have at a warehouse facility in Germany. I have yet to hear back from them. I also sent a followup message to them on 22nd of June and still no response. Imagine a company ghosting you like this when you are offering them your business. I can't imagine what things would be like after you have entered into an agreement with them and they have the upper hand.
Very Professional but also very personal Marta answers all of your questions very quickly and my garments were delivered in perfect condition to my front door. I have already put another order in for more garments and am of course using myGermany for delivery
I think it's great, I can order stuff easily perhaps too easily! I accidentally ordered something due to the one-click settings and had to cancel it! I've got clumsy fingers! I've turned that off in settings now. It does everything I want this shop.

You work with other companies. The difference is that the myGermany company responds quickly and the prices are very reasonable compared to the prices of other companies. Interface has minor problems with the seller (the sender of the package), but the myGermany staff quickly took care of the matter. I would like to thank all of the company's employees.
