Due to our business activities in India, we keep seeking a website to send Gifts and our search ends at MyFlowerTree. They have a huge selection of corporate gifts and plants with timely delivery. Thumbs Up!

Hell with your service.! You guys are taking international orders but could not even manage to deliver in punjab! You guys changed the cake, it was totally different as compared to that shown in the picture. You didn't even deliver the order at the selected location and asked the receiver to collect it from somewhere 40kms away! Could not even thought of providig a printed message card, and just gave a slip with poor handwritten text. What a pathetic service! When you can't manage your job properly, stop showing off!

Most of the time I used online sites for surprise my loved ones and mostly Its good but this time i am really mad because of my flower tree service. There is one item less in my order and everything is ruined. That's the first time this kind of thing happened and I really don't like this site. No response even i contacted them several time.

First time I ordered with them for my parents anniversary and paid extra for fixed time delivery. I got email confirmation that it's delivered when I called my parents to ask if they liked it they said nothing received but delivery guy called and said he will deliver in 2 hours from actual delivery time opted. It got delivered though it was late. Second time in the same month, I ordered again. Same story repeats, i got email confirmation but when I checked it wasn't delivered. When contacts customer service they are saying it's delivered and told me to raise a complaint. It's been 2 days and there is no response from them. All they say is either it's delivered already or we will look into it. I don't believe some one is really looking into it.
Worst service. No proper response from Customer support. All I understand is they are just sending pre-documented set of response whenever asked for update.

I had the worst experience sending a valentine's day surprise gift to my girlfriend. Due to delay in delivery I had no choice but to inform my girlfriend about the delivery and we waited until almost 9:30pm. Later I received an email about rescheduled date and the reason for not delivering was that the recipient did not respond to the delivery guy's call. There was no call received from them and yet they mention this reason.
Very unethical attitude from Myflowertree and an unfortunate experience for me.
Will never make another mistake ordering from them

My daughter booked a Cake and Flowers on the occassion of Mother's Day but till date no response from this horrible vendor. They are not bothered to pick the calls and not even reply the messages. Please dont use this Service. Order no. *******

The inclusion of a birthday card with my order was an awesome idea. Our names were handwritten on it with the sweet wishes that added a personal touch to the whole event. Thanks a lot Myflowertree for making my sister's birthday special!

I wish I could give a negative point for the service received. I have been waiting for my order to get delivered since 2 days and then not able to cancel my order. Chat takes 2 days to reply n dont even have courtesy to call and inform about order status or email about the same. I made a biggest mistake by ordering from your site.

Bad service. They have not delivered my flower arrangement and greeting card. But they said "it's delivered " even paid extra money Becos I have given specific time slot. Bad customer service. Try to chat with them. Asking me the same question. "Order no.?" Which I have given 15 times. Still not fix.

Placed order for my sister's bday. Her function was on yesterday and we got it on today afternoon. We also ordered for cadbury dairy milk. We thought its of 40 rupees. Bt it just of 10 rupees back. And it's rate is 145.

I ordered a Chocolate tower for a friend in Lucknow last minute on a Friday afternoon. She received the it an hour later! When she received them, she called me to say it was the most beautiful gift she'd ever received! Excellent job myflowertree!

Absolutely pathetic service. Your flowers will not reach in time if you order from here. Also, they give option to double the number of flowers (double the cost!) and deliver half of it. There is no freaking service number that you can call and the raised complaint is never address. Save yourself some time and energy and order from some other place. Order #*******

Easily one of the best website in india... fresh cakes, flower, personalosed gifts and a host of other jar delicacies make MyFlowerTree true to its name in terms of wanting to send gifs when u can't visit the place.

I,ll never suggest anyone to buy from this company. They won't deliver your order and claim as delivered. You won't get refund of your money in the bank account, as they don't refund to original source of payment. They will refund the money in their cash wallet and force to use the same. Third grade customer service. I'll make sure to file a legal complaint.
