Myflowertree guys are a big liar who works with total dishonesty with customers. The items that you've sent is not the item that you've in display:
No. 1 - Cake consists of 7 Ferrero Rocher in MyFlowerTree display while the cake I received had only 4 Ferrero Rocher.
No. 2 - It was not the same cake and size that was in display.
No. 3 - Birthday card was missing.
No. 4 - My message was missing on the cake.
More Critical Lies and Dishonesty Towards Customers:
1. Item need to be delivered on 8th March 9-10PM but it got delivered at 9th March 6 o clock.
2. I opt for express delivery but these guys not able to provide delivery in express.
3. At 12:30 am at night they posted status on Track Order online that their items will be delivered tomorrow on 9th March.
These guys totally wasted and disrespect my family member birthday that need to be celebrated on 9th March exact 12 o clock at night but these guys just made a joke on that. These guys were not even concerned to inform and just telling lies again and then and not even accepting their mistake.
These guys are disgusting in each and every manner, but not accepting your mistake and what are they even charging for because these guys are not able to fulfil the promises you make for which customer pays you. This is not the joke going on, this is the business where they need to understand the concern of the customers.
Their company, their customer service representatives are totally working with dishonesty, totally disrespectful to customers, doing cheating and fraud with customers with giving wrong items and not giving some items that customers has paid for.
I want my full amount back for this order anyhow. I don't want to listen to your lies and dishonesty in all your words. I would not recommend anyone to use their dishonest services where they cheat people.
Call me tomorrow on critical priority and pay me back my full amount that I have paid for this item. Totally unsatisfied the way you treated me and the way you made my family member birthday in a mess.
They should put status on your website "If you want your b'day to get messed, please order the cake and gifts from our website. "
Please see the attached photos of the given item that was posted and the item I got. Also, I have already mentioned above the items they didn't deliver at all.
I need to give 1 star rating otherwise this feedback won't be posted and I want each and every customer to go through it and understand what these guys can do and they don't even understand customers concerns and they don't value how you earn your money and what are your feelings for b'day/marriages/any occasions for you or your family.
Never ever use this site for your special occasions for your loved ones because they really don't care even if you'll pay extra to them for express delivery. No one takes responsibility, not even customer service representative nor even they pass it to their managers. They work with total dishonesty and don't deliver the items that you've actually ordered. Please go through my detailed message and the photos.
