Absolutely pathetic service. Your flowers will not reach in time if you order from here. Also, they give option to double the number of flowers (double the cost!) and deliver half of it. There is no freaking service number that you can call and the raised complaint is never address. Save yourself some time and energy and order from some other place. Order #*******

Easily one of the best website in india... fresh cakes, flower, personalosed gifts and a host of other jar delicacies make MyFlowerTree true to its name in terms of wanting to send gifs when u can't visit the place.

I,ll never suggest anyone to buy from this company. They won't deliver your order and claim as delivered. You won't get refund of your money in the bank account, as they don't refund to original source of payment. They will refund the money in their cash wallet and force to use the same. Third grade customer service. I'll make sure to file a legal complaint.

I am very grateful that i chose your site for flower delivery. My gf is very happy to received the flowers that you have delivered. Yellow lilies are her favorite and she really loved the ones that are on the bouquet.

I ordered cake and flowers for my parent's anniversary and I paid extra for the time slot so that the cake will reach on time for the celebration.

Forget about reaching on time, these people stoped replied to me on chat and the customer care guy will give you standard answers and nobody is actually helping you to find out where your delivery is.

I had all guests at home for lunch and we planned to cut the cake but thanks to myflowertree.com - they ruined everything for us.

I was very disappointed... the bouquet which I ordered was not delivered instead basic rose bouquet was delivered of lesser value... also the message was printed on a plain paper which was not even readable... not presentable at all

You saved me from breakup. For some time we are fighting for small things. Sso to makeup with her i order a lovely photo greeting card and chocolates for her. She really liked the gifts specially the card.

First of all, the product did not deliver on the promised date, rather 2days late. Secondly, any random plant was delivered. Nothing like the one i actually ordered. The plant was almost like dead, and not in the condition to be saved/ kept at home. Very disappointing results!

I have order a cake on 12th April for one of my employee for Work Anniversary and deliver is also on the same day. I have done the payment and still the order is not been delivered. I have raised a complaint to refund the amount but response from My Flower. Worst App please done try it and waste your money

The Chennai order and delivery to ******* pin code is not working properly. On Christmas day I asked for yellow rose delivery, but they sent red. No message.
Today New Year's eve I asked for big pink bouquet, but again red and again my message was not included. This is not expected

A scam company all out to cheat customers! They made up unbelievable stories that cannot proof what they deliver, where they deliver, who they deliver. They tell me items were delivered to the security guard and ask me to look for the security guard to get back. It was a gift to a friend in India. How could a customer look for the undelivered item herself? I truly believe if they cannot show any proof, they are scam company to cheat customers. There are signs of cheating when they cannot even show the picture of what they send. Normally an online gifts company will have proof of the finished product. Please do not order anything from them!

Should be ensured to be send behind the bars. They are big criminals looting and defrauding people in online platforms of their monies. I request all who read this review to search for this fraud guy and ensure a legal action against me by filing proper complaints before Police Court of Law. No address! No phone number! No way to contact!

Very disappointed with their service. Ordered a cake for my sister's bday it was on june 9th. But still cake is not delivered. They dont response for my phone calls too. Lost almost 1500 Rs. No more order in flowertree. Worst
