Have posted for a number of jobs from rewiring of the whole house, replacement of internal doors to laying of patio. There is always a large number of builders available and you can see their past jobs and feedback straight away.
The website is easy to navigate and understand.
Every builder I have chosen from the site so far has been excellent and I would highly recommend.

Have used this site a number of times and have been happy with each occasion. Initial responses from tradesmen are generally very prompt and the online reviews very helpful. I would be happy to use this site in the future to find other tradesmen.

It's a great idea, saves time and hassle, no trawling through local papers and phone directories. It's all on your terms, you decide who to invite and to contact. I've had great sevice every time!
I use mybuilder.com quite regularly. I find it a great way to find local, reliable and competitive tradesmen, all with reviews and feedback. The best feature I think is the fact that you dont get bombarded with phone calls, its all done on your terms. Initially the interested tradesmen email you and then you select the ones you want to deal with whether its 2 or 3. Doing this lets you know that the prices are competitive and you arent getting ripped off. Every job ive done so far on my house has been with the help of mybuilder.com.
The site is easily accessible. The spec for each tradesman is clear and concise. Being able to review other users experiences of the tradesmen is extremely helpful too. I have used the site on 3 occasions for differing jobs and have never had a negative experience. I would recommend this site to others.

I have used mybuilder loads of times, having renovated a couple of houses in recent years. I love being able to read the feedback left by previous customers in order to help with choosing the right person. For a big job, I would advise still asking to see examples of work undertaken. Overall, the vast majority of the trades people I have selected have been great, producing high quality work at reasonable prices. Most of them have been very personable too. I heartily recommend this approach to finding the right person for the job. Sometimes no word of mouth recommendation is available, and I have found mybuilder to be more reliable anyway, as people often recommend friends rather than the best person for the job. Especially fellow trades people rather than customers!
MyBuilder is a great place to find the trades you want when you need them at anytime. Whats great is you can find out a lot about the trade you want from their profile and their feedback. It's also very handy because you can obtain several quotes for the job you post which is always recommended.
