Thomas was punctual, efficient, helpful and hard working. Did decorating to a high standard, prices very reasonable and fair. A clean and tidy workman Would be happy to recommend for house decorating. We will be employing him again in the future and we are glad we found him to do our work. I was looking on MyBuilder this morning for an electrician to do a job outside. Sean Shear called and was round within half an hour of me putting request on site. Did a great job. I would certainly recommend him and I will certainly use him again.

I made the mistake of not reading a message from a tradesperson and asking for his number. When I talked to the tradesperson he told me to F off as I had not read his message thereby him having to pay My Builder more money., I made a simple mistake but still deserve to be treated with respect. I reported this to My Builder and they did NOTHING. Indeed, they removed my negative comment regarding the tradesmen which I left to protect other customers. What does this tell you about My Builder?

I hired a tiler GS Decorating through them What a mess he left, 2 days later we are still trying to clean up the dried in grout off the window frame, the window, the tiles and drainer The whole floor had to be vacuumed and washed He left an electrical socket not screwed in. Sent photos to my builder but they are refusing to do anything When if I asked if they had seen the photos of the mess I was told I'm not a tradesperson You don't need to be a tradesperson to see the mess of dried in grout we cleaned What a stupid remark I have cancelled another job I had posted with them Why did they want me to send photos if they weren't going to do anything He made vile remarks about my husband when it was me who posted the job He was here for 3 hours on two daysIn future I will use a more reputable job finder

Well where do I start. I called Woodward&sons out because we had a leak coming in to my daughter's bedroom They was very fast in responding and Coming out to solve the problem we had. Very polite and Great communication and all work was in my budget would definitely Recommend Woodward&sons

Frank Haslam is a friendly and efficient tiler; I absolutely recommend him. From the beginning he was interested in what I wanted; the end result was more than I asked for. The price was good too.

OUTSTANDING in every way from first contact and survey with comprehensive explanation of work required to the actual work being carried out by first class workmen who left the site spotless also.

The traders work hard but whenever we have a shortlisted from the client and have not selected by client for work, we still need to pay the shortlisted fee which doesn't make sense! Mybuilder is greedy monster company as hell. $#*! company shortlisted rule. I will never use it again as a trader.

So just used Pete from Prodecks uk in Hull. Pete is a lovely warm friendly man, contracted him through mybiulder.com to strip and rebuild a large decked area for my mother. Pete has done a first class no rushed job, giving sound advice and keeping me updated constantly throughout the project. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use him again or indeed recommend him to anyone looking for a professional no rushed quality project. Alexander Sharples (mobile: +44 7496 *******), who has a profile on mybuilder.com, came to my house to fix a shower / plumbing problem. He didnt fix the shower problem. Also since he completed the job, water leaked through the ceiling from the bathroom to the kitchen. Also water leaked from the boiler. There had never been any water leak in the house prior to Alexander's visit. Alexander wanted cash payment so I paid him £180 cash on the day of the sham job, at his request.

Two days after doing a sham job Alex told me he's too busy to come back to fix the shower and water leakages that he caused.

This caused me sleepless nights: financial loss, being ripped off by a rogue plumber, damage to my home caused by water leaks. Alexander had good reviews on mybuilder.com but i believe the reviews are fake as he doesn't have a clue about plumbing.

Please be careful when choosing tradesmen.

Mybuilder is a Ripoff company only out to fill there pockets with tradesmens money. Invoice for None exciting jobs no customer vetting. No tradesmen customer services. Worst experience I've ever had in 30 years as a professional tradesmen.

Excellent work removing ivy from and clearing gutters. Such pleasant and agreeable workmanship at a reasonable price.

I just wanted to say well done to Zac from Boss Gas Installation, he did a great job at remedying a leak on a gas pipe in my ceiling. He was very professional, and patient in finding the leak, he repaired the ceiling and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him and will be contacting him again and again. Merlyn

I would like to credit a roofing company Everyday Roofing Services of Hampshire. They did an excellent job across my whole roof and within budget. There was a slight problem after the job (just as likely caused by the scaffolding) and they came back and fixed it and cleaned everything, as they promised they would. Highly recommended.

Craig parker came to my house, took my cash and left lounge an absolute mess and job unfnished. Beware of this fraud

If you want a heating engineer, look no further than NG Heating Services. They diagnosed my water problem which no-one else had been able to do, researched the best water softener for my circumstances and fitted it efficiently. Charles and his colleague arrived promptly and could not be faulted for efficiency, charm and friendliness. There was a small leak subsequently and this was dealt with within 2 days.

As tradesman listed on Mybuilder I have to admit to mixed feelings about this site, for getting work leads. While there are some genuine honest customers posting jobs on site, there are also large numbers of people posting jobs which are either just for quotes to decide whether to buy places, or those who are awefull at comms & won't reply to calls or messages. Also Mybuilder allow far too many leads to be passed to multiple tradesmen all being charged fees, meaning they make lots of money but you have a low chance of getting a job, when your one of 5 or 6 going for them but still you get charged, often without getting to quote for work. This sucks, as it can mount up to a big bill in a month, for no return. They won't refund fees when you can't get replies to messages either.!:-/ I'm just glad I have a large customer base, as I can't rely on this site for good dependable work leads any more.!

Trevor Messenger and his young helper did a fantastic job retailed the shower area and fitted the shower in a very short time a very tidy workman cleared away everything and left the house clean and tidy A+++++
