Also, they forcefully keep the auto renewal on and do not refund the money in case they charge you without notifying you before the renewal. This is highly unprofessional approach and hence anyone who is buying this for even trial period should avoid this product.
After paying for 3mon subscription and on the phone,chat,email with the company for 7-10days start (they even said they were remotely setting it up it still didn't work) then they said it wouldn't work on his android because he had another tracker set up in which i had asked about before I ever made my purchase now they offer %25 back for the inconvenience that I'm sure I never see. What happened to honesty.

I purchased a 3 month subscription ~$89 without realizing my computer wasn't compatible to monitor the target device. I requested a cancellation and refund the day I purchased after finding out and was told that I would have to wait for their billing department to reach out to me after several business days. Scammers.

Our family rule is "trust but verify." mSpy has made this so much easier. It helped me address an online bullying issue with my daughter before it got out of hand.
Mspy is partially functional, I am not able to receive messages from social media app's, only text messages, call logs, key logger and gps location works, I contacted customer service several times, but they were not able to resolve the issue. Everytime I contacted them, they asked me to do some settings, but it didn't resolve, one of the customer care agent told me that everything is okay with settings and I should wait 24 hours to start receiving the messages, but it didn't. Finally I gave up, I even cancelled the auto renewal of subscription

UPDATE 10/08/2023:
MSpy continues to give me the run around after I have requested a full refund over 20 times via emails. I paid $53.99. Their partial refund they gave back was $1.00. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am still waiting for my refund of $52.99. I will be reporting their company to the appropriate government fraud departments and submit a complaint that they are scamming consumers and refusing to refund fully as requested.
UPDATE 10/04/2023:
I have requested a refund over 10 times. No refunds have been given. They completely ignored my submitted requests. Instead, they change the subject and ask for feedback on their software, which I already told them multiple times it is terrible, not user friendly, and not as advertised.

Terrible, frustrating experience. Do NOT purchase from them. The software was difficult to install and not user friendly. It did not have all the functionalities it claimed it had. Also, the customer service and support are VERY SLOW and NON-RESPONSIVE. I tried chatting with the company but got kicked off multiple times with no response from the agent. I tried calling the listed company phone number, but they were not accepting calls. I emailed them, so I will see how long it takes to get a response. Trying to requesting a refund from them has been time-consuming and difficult.

I purchased myspy a few days ago. I immediately asked for a refund because I was experiencing technical difficulties trying to get it installed on my phone. But also, I requested a refund because my issue had resolved itself. I received an email from Olivia stating that they could still offer me technical assistance. What part of "I am requesting a FULL REFUND" did she not understand? I no longer need the service; therefore, just refund me money. I'm going to keep bombarding them with emails and I'm contacting my credit card company to file a dispute. This is ridiculous! I'm a retired Army Veteran, and I'm going to make sure that my buddies know about this "company" and their unprofessional ethics!

I don't even believe that there's a real person working at the company. I bought the year package (because the per-month cost on the monthly or quarterly packages was beyond ridiculous) and installed it okay, but then it was missing data from the target phone. The target phone was brand-new so it didn't have much data to even transfer over to the mspy dashboard. Tech support is just a chat and all they do is send copy/paste responses to have you try X, Y, Z. After trying all their steps, my dashboard is still missing data. Supposedly they "escalated it to development" and said I'd hear back from them in a few days. It's been over a week. The next thing they want me to do is a "free" session with the mAssistance where they remotely access the target phone and install it for me. But the first available date to do that is two weeks from now, which will put me well beyond the original two weeks of their refund policy. Or, rather, their "no refund" policy, because it's pages and pages long, full of more exceptions where they will NOT issue a refund instead of instances where they will. Run far away from this app. It's not the only one out there. Find one that has better customer service where there are flesh-and-blood people who will actually read your emails and respond appropriately.

Buyer beware. False advertising on website, states compatible when you check compatibility on the site. Both My phone and target phone stated compatible. When purchased the only thing I could see from the target phone was email and some picture that took over 4 hrs to load. Control panel doesn't not exist as stated on website see picture. When I asked for a full refund after 4 hrs of trying to get it to work was told sorry you should read terms and conditions
