Before i purchased the package i was told by an agent that they would do all the work for me i had to purchase the ultimate package wich i did it didnt work ni agent can assist now they keep denying my refund they evere told me i had to have the phone physically. Very unsatisfied.
Signed up for premium plan, got 10% of what they advertised after paying. They then told me I had to upgrade to ultimate to get the features I wanted and the cost was 4x what I already paid. Screw that.

They lie in their marketing and signup. The product DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED unless the phone is rooted. If you have a contract, it only somewhat works. And even then, its spotty at best. You can't see proper groupings, you really dont get images, videos, screen recordings, etc... It's not a good experience and only gives a small picture. And you know what? If they would have said "Requires phone rooting for refund", I would have left it alone. But they don't. They offer a money back guarantee. And guess what, they lied. I have just had the run around saying they will pause my sub, they will give me tech support, etc... But No refund because I refuse to root. I CANT ROOT. ITS ON A CONTRACT FOR 18 MORE MONTHS. DO NOT use this company. Just don't.

Who wants to track the device of their kids or staff. The worst part is, the mobile notification continuously shows a security breach notification for this software, which means you can't use this product without notifying the user.

Also, they forcefully keep the auto renewal on and do not refund the money in case they charge you without notifying you before the renewal. This is highly unprofessional approach and hence anyone who is buying this for even trial period should avoid this product.
