I would urge the developers to address this concern as it hampers the overall user experience. Also other thing I would like to improve is installation process. It was not so easy for me in the beginning.

I've been utilizing mSpy for six months now, and recently renewed my subscription for another year. I'm grateful to their support team for the generous discount they provided. The strengths of this app lie in its robust features. I've explored all that it has to offer, from keyword blocking to screen recording capabilities.
On the downside, to fully utilize the range of features that mSpy offers, you need to root your phone. This may not be an easy task to perform on your own. Another significant drawback is the app's compatibility with iOS devices. I attempted to monitor my son's device and the performance was far from satisfactory. Therefore, I would highly recommend mSpy for monitoring Android devices, rather than iOS.

They installed app wrong over Remote installation and refused to correctly install it. Very poor customer service

This has to be the worst thing I have ever spent money on. Before purchasing I was told by multiple agents on their chat that you can set up an iPhone to be monitored by only a phone number. They kept assuring me that everything could be seen with only having the phone number adn that I would not need to have physical access to the phone. As soon as I signed up they changed their tune and said that I could locate the phone thru another app called Scanneroo with just the phone number but nothing else would be seen. Then when I set up a phone using the iCloud credentials I could only see a list of contacts, calendar, notes, and reminders. No text messages or social media apps. I went on to chat with an agent and acted like I was interested in buying it and once again was told all the same lies. When I told them I had already bought it and none of that worked, I was suddenly told I would need to use another app that I would have to install on the target phone and I would only be able to get the info from the phone if I hooked the phone up using a USB. So you have to actually have physical access to the phone EVERY TIME you want to see the information you are looking for. If I have the ability to do that why would I even pay a bunch of money to do what I could do for free. I have asked for a refund and I am currently waiting to hear back.

I ask for help many times, I proof them that I was a member, they ignored me. They answer me with the same answer, I emailed them the emailed me back with the same answer the same customer care representative me answer me the seven times that I reach out to them so this is a scam. Do not waste your money. Mspy.com. Scam! I tried to have my money back and they say someone will contact you from today and several days. This is unbelievable.
