I read some reviews from people that seemed unreasonable, but were complaining about this site. But due to the amazingly low price I decided to try it out anyways. I placed the order, and had a tracking number within 48 hours. I got the helmet, and everything was hunky dory. Went for the first ride with it, and the inside of the shield had something that started to delaminate. I called Bell to get started on getting a warranty replacement visor, and they told me that they didn't have the replacement visor in stock in the clear that came with the helmet. I asked about the tinted one, and they had those but wouldn't help me out even after I offered to pay the difference between the tinted and clear. They said that the clear ones wouldn't be available for a month. Needles to say I wasn't happy with that answer so I emailed motorcyclecloseouts.com and explained the situation, and within 24 hours I had a tracking # from Bell with my visor on the way. Jacket is very comfortable and sized accurately (Large). However according to the manufacturers hang tag the only removable armor referred to are the elbow pads, which are not listed as CE rated. However there are also removable shoulder pads but not like any CE rated pads I have in other jackets. That being said, the pads supplied are certainly better than none. I will probably install CE pads from my other jackets just to be safe. At the great looks and terrific price of the jacket, it is still a bargain. Very satisfied.

I ordered tires on Wednesday and they arrived Friday. I had them installed and was test riding 3 hrs later. The tires were well packaged in a box with padding and in perfect condition. The price was the lowest I had found after extensive internet searching. I can't explain how happy I am with ordering through motorcyclecloseouts.com. They are now the first place I look for cycle gear and equipment. Thank You for providing a great price and exceptional service!

I ordered two motorcycle helmets and two face shields for the one open face helmet I ordered. One of the shields was labeled high visibility. I assumed it meant clear, wrong! It is some sort of bright pink color. A picture online and a description of what "high visibility" meant would have helped me to avoid this purchase. Motorcycle Closeouts has a very ridged and not exactly customer friendly return policy. They gave me two options, get less than half back via Pay Pal or return the item at my expense and then get store credit if I returned the item in like new condition, which is reasonable. The return USPS shipping was almost $10 with the mandatory signature required. So there goes almost half the value of the returned item again. If I order another shield they will charge me $10 more to get one shield shipped to me. Like I mentioned earlier, a better description and a picture of each item would go a long ways to avoid this hassle.

The product was not sized as specified on the web site. I had to pay shipping on a $150 item. Then I returned it cause of the size issue had to pay return shipping only using UPS or Fed-x plus pay a 10% restocking fee. This is a little extreme and I will not be ordering from these folks again. Even after placing a note in the return package nothing changed. I forget what the shipping cost to me where I'm thinking 12-15 dollars but the return cost was $28 and some change because of the way they require you to ship it back. So this coat that was 149.99 that did not fit really cost 58.00 and I don't even have a coat to show for my time and effort this is a little extreme if you want to keep customers

The grading starts when I receive the item and how the company might handle problems should any arise. So I received the items as advertised in the time given and after trying the items on the fit was not as expected, no fault to MC. I have returned them in the same condition as received. I requested a refund in lieu of a store credit. Bad part is you lose 10% of your purchase price plus shipping which in this case was about 50 dollars total. Not an inexpensive way to try on an out of stock jacket and pants, but we roll the dice and we take the risk I suppose. Had the fit been right it was a great bargain. Contemplated another run but to pricey for simply try on if you dont like the item.
