I'm still waiting for my delivery, it says it's on it's way and I've been tracking them, apparently they are in the area but they're just sitting there. I understand that this is out of your control and I'm just letting you know.
The online shopping experience was perfect.

Arrived quickly, professionally created and the little bravery note was a sweet touch. Would definitely buy again, but was disappointed to find out stickers on helmets can be seen as mods and you can be fined :(

Every email and contact Ive had with this company has been a 5 star experience.

The products are well made and above the asking price IMO.

The quality of the product and the service is excellent. They warrant an extra star to separate themselves from the companies you thought were 5 stars.

FSGC make sure you are happy from the get go.
They maintain excellent communication and even use handwritten notes for a very personalised touch. If only all retailers care about customer satisfaction to the same high standard.

Order was pushed out another 3 weeks due to faulty zip and better quality zip is now been used which is why the delay. I probably wont get the product for 4 weeks due to shipping ect. Do wish the quality assessments were done prior to sales.

From ordering, to delivery (thank you Amanda!) to the product, everything was top notch! I can't get over how soft the hoodie is and how much I want to just keep my hands in my pockets. Seriously, you have to feel these pockets! Such a great product, great experience and amazing story. This will keep me warm for the Canadian winter #BEBRAVE

My backpack came in record time, which is thrilling because I love wearing it! The fact I can get a back protector in it means one less bit of armour I need in my jacket in the hot Summer! The design, fabric & functional aspects have all been well thought out... and I love seeing such a strong feminine design! I can't wait to see what else Flying Solo brings out! Xxx

Looks great, super durable with extremely clever and intelligent design. The ashvault is am amazing backpack that fits everything and keeps it dry and safe without being bulky or ugly.

You can tell a lot of love has gone into the design, and it makes a huge difference compared to other back packs (no comparison!).

Received my sliders almost immediately (interstate, that was awesome). Even got a cute little card dedicated to my first purchase through Flying Solo, with a hand drawn rabbit on it! I love the personalisation, the consistency and the high level of customer service. I would absolutely buy through FSGC again. And again.

I ordered a Be Brave T-Shirt online and the service I received was incredible. It arrived so quickly and with a handwritten note of thanks and encouragement as well. The shirt itself is so soft to touch, very happy customer here, thanks.

I have always had a great experience regarding customer service and gotten exactly what was promised from this company and the products. I've purchased a couple of the killswitch packs for myself and friends and even taken mine riding and hiking around the world in all weather conditions and terrains from Nepal, Southeast Asia and Australia and I just purchased two of the new back packs! I'm excited to see what comes out next!

After using the ashvault bag for 2 months, I have fallen in love with it, it has definitely taken away the pain and fatigue I felt on my back from wearing a simple Jansport backpack. My trips mainly consist of riding to work and uni so the bag is perfect. The only gripe I have is with the amount of space as I thought it would be bigger based on the photos.

All in all a great backpack and have recommended to my riding mates.
