The grading starts when I receive the item and how the company might handle problems should any arise. So I received the items as advertised in the time given and after trying the items on the fit was not as expected, no fault to MC. I have returned them in the same condition as received. I requested a refund in lieu of a store credit. Bad part is you lose 10% of your purchase price plus shipping which in this case was about 50 dollars total. Not an inexpensive way to try on an out of stock jacket and pants, but we roll the dice and we take the risk I suppose. Had the fit been right it was a great bargain. Contemplated another run but to pricey for simply try on if you dont like the item.
The only thing I can say is that the free shipping price is relatively high. High enough that I almost didn't buy anything. Most other sites are $50 to $75. Because you have limited sizes on stuff it makes getting to that number almost unrealistic if your shopping for discount apparel. Luckily I was buying for 4 otherwise there was no way I was going to get there. I spent almost 2 hours going back and forth because things were not available. Not to mention I gave up twice getting to the free shipping price because I was struggling to find things I wanted. Regardless you have a pretty awesome website that is easy to navigate.
Great price and fast shipping. I expected it to be shipped within 10 days with the free shipping, but I got a tracking number from UPS the same day, and the helmet was here within 4 days from ordering. Even with the helmet on sale on other websites, motorcycle close outs was cheaper still by almost $100. Very happy to recommend and would definitely buy again from this site!
The web page featured easy and quick site navigation. I received my leather suit in only a few days which surprised me a bit. This was the first time I had purchased anything from MC Warehouse so I was a bit worried with this purchase. However I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be a return customer. I highly recommend this seller.
I was very impressed with the overall shopping experience at Motorcycle Closeouts.com. I just bought two helmets, a jersey, and MX pants and they look great! The quality that you get at a closeout price can't be beat, and quick shipping too!
I am looking forward to getting the correct parts in the mail to repair the right side hinge on my helmet because I don't want to buy another one, but to fix it. Will become a return shopper if all goes well.

The pants and jersey I ordered were awesome! Great price. Unfortunately when I pulled on the elastic on the bottom of a pant leg it immediately popped apart. However this is no issue, it is more comfortable with it not being tight around my ankle.
I have placed several orders from MC Closeouts. Nobody can come close to their prices. The orders are always delivered within 3 days. I am part of a large off road riding community, and everyone in our group always buy their equipment from MC Closeouts.
The prices are excellent and the products I've purchased have decent quality too. I wish there was a greater variety of sizes, especially XL. Many times I'm frustrated that the deals are available only on the small sizes.
I love having these supports and braces available. My daughter is going to need them throughout high school since they don't want to do surgery on someone as young as she is. So I started looking on Google and found you all. Glad I did.
Great prices; quality of merchandise was great also. Had a chat with customer service (they called to confirm that it was actually me who placed the order for my credit card security - I really appreciated that), and in talking with the rep, she actually suggested a different size since the items I ordered ran a little small. That was great service; as it turns out, the size she suggested was much better. Overall, a very good experience with your company.
The limit of $150 to get free shipping is a real turnoff for me. Your competitor sites ship for free at $50 or even $40. Also it seems to take longer to get the items -- I've had items arrive within 4-5 days from other sites with comparable prices.
Riding jacket and pants were perfectly as described, at a very reasonable price. Seamless process all the way through.
Everything came quick and easy. The only issue was quite a big one though, but cant be attributed to motorcyclecloseouts.com: the helmet I received posted the correct size but was extremely small, rechecked the measurements of my head and all was correct on my end but the LS2 helmet was painful to try and put on. I have received authorization to return it and have just sent it back. That part has also gone well. Only other problem would be now I cant wait for shipping as I have a trip planed in less then a week
Price sells and I don't even need a helmet but the price on the Shoei helmet sold it. Returns are less convenient than some other stores selling similar items, but I guess that's the price of being able to find genuine bargains. However, when you're buying sight unseen, sometimes you do the best you can and order in good faith, but the product is not what you anticipated. Perhaps they could look at the buyer's purchase record and adjust the return policy accordingly. If you've ordered a thousand dollars of stuff and never returned anything, I think you should receive more latitude than a customer who is returning every other item.

Easy to order, effective menu, very fast to create an account where all personel information is stored for ease in future ordering, The cover i got is outstanding for its quality, reasonable price, added features such as storing bag & double hooks to secure it thanks Motorcycle close outs
Could not ship to alt address. Cannot make phone orders with live customer service agent. Site made me start over many times. Seems very shady. Could not use express shipping. No coupons for small orders. Image showed white backround on stickers, stickers arrived and they were clear.
Purchased wrong sized pants as part of a set with pants, jacket. I received store credit for 79.99. The replacement pants ordered were 99.99 plus 9.99 shipping!. Spent additional 30 dollars because it is now considered as separate purchases.Twenty four hours ago your site listed the pants priced at 89.99. Geez, what a rip off! Never again!
