I ordered an on sale jacket that arrived with some issues. Following Motorcycle Closeouts procedure I contacted them via email. I received a prompt reply, pre-paid return label and shipped the jacket back to them & it was quickly replaced and shipped.
Excellent responsive customer service, quick shipping and delivery and good deals on motorcycle related items.
Website is good, shopping was easy, good delivery, but the gloves I purchases already tore at the seam after one week of normal wear. Made too poorly and underperformed. I feel it is an inferior product.
An observation, if you will: The return shipping costs are onerous. For some of the deeply discounted products, it still makes sense. But some of the items you carry can be had at Revzilla or other vendors at a competitive price without having to pay $25 return shipping if they don't fit.

Helmet arrived a day earlier than originally scheduled. Everything was as listed and I have no complaints. I appreciate the comment in the product description from motorcycle closeouts that sizes tend to run large and to order a smaller size. I normally wear an XL so I ordered a L and it fits perfectly.
Easy transaction, fantastic price. I had to call to follow up on shipping and then it was shipped out that night. Shipping was delayed but overall very happy with my experience and will shop here again.
Overall very happy. Had been looking for a helmet and the one I ended up buying was a pop-up on a different website from Motorcyclecloseouts. Product was exactly as advertised and arrived much quicker than expected.
Love the website, went to the physical store when randomly in the area and staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend calling them if you have questions prior to buying, they really know their stuff!
The shopping experience was fine, but it took several days before the items shipped out which caused me to receive the items I ordered after I needed them, despite ordering with more than ample lead time.

Second order from you. Great speed of shipping and GREAT price for the product on my first order. Will see about this second order, but I expect pretty much the same. Only issue is that the payment information was a little difficult to find WAY at the bottom of the page with no indicator about WHEN the payment information would be coming in the process. Minor gripe, but it took me a few minutes to figure, so the score goes down one in the overall shopping experience. Maybe a separate step for the payment information?
Found most of what I wanted at great prices. Lots of options. Really liked the riding gear combo option, exactly what I was looking for. It made it easy to find matching apparel. Good selection of youth and per wee gear also. Thank you.
I really like the deals, and that's great for me right now. But later on I'll probably buy a new (like current year) model helmet. But your deals for everything else are great since gloves, pants, jackets etc don't deteriorate as quickly like helmets.
It was beyond my expectations. I liked being able to have my questions answered quickly, through email. The website is VERY user friendly and the people I dealt with were Very professional and helpful. On a scale from 1-10 I'd give this company a 20+. It was a wonderful shopping experience. My Grandson loved the shirts. They fit perfectly and the quality and price were exceptional. I will Definitely shop with Motorcycle Closeouts again.
Very good, but the checkout process got a little whacky for some unknown reason. Also, I paid extra for express shipping, and products I'd ordered from other places (coming from a similar vicinity) with free shipping arrived at the same time - so I'm not sure it made much of a difference. The products were packed well though, and arrived intact. And the person I spoke with from customer service was knowledgeable and very nice.
Always fun to receive the emails on deals...easy to navigate site as well as a good selection of motorcycle items and some great prices for bargain hunters.These gloves are very technical and I have seen them elsewhere for much more money. Quite a bargain!
I was able to easily go through your site and the prices are great, I was actually referred here by the sales associate at the Motorcycle shop where we bought my bike! I actually changed the color of the helmet after ordering and I fully expected not being able to have it done but I sent the owner an email and he was able to switch it out, that's great customer service to the fullest! Thank you again, he loved it and I will probably buy my helmet here too.
Great price. Got it as a Hot Deal and saved $40 over other online site. It as easy ordering and also used paypal delayed payment until delivered. I like to use that feature so was glad it was an option.

So far, so good. The site is user friendly. I received my Speed and Strength jacket promptly. It fits true to size. The jacket is an excellent 3 season product. This jacket will also serve as a stylish ski parka.
