Ordered and paid for a Motocross stand from Motocross Giant. I have heard nothing from them since. Going on 13 days. I have put in repeated emails in good faith and left multiple messages. Still nothing. I would say that the customer service was effective/ineffective if I actually spoke with someone. Billing is timely and immediate. Getting me the product has not been a priority. Next stop - Better Business Bureau and my 6,000 followers on Instagram.
I had originally ordered several pairs of boot for myself and my kids for Christmas and received a call saying they were no longer available. The person who took care of me did a fantastic job with helping me choose different items etc. Very happy with the experience overall.
Worked in the motor trade industry for 12 years. I've never had anything from the US arrive so quick 3 days from LA is unheard of. Quality priced motocross goodies that I will reccomend to all my race buddies. Well done guys 5/5 from me and will definitely be shopping with you again.
Like i said the priceing. Not only here but all over being in CANADA we get shafted for delivery charges. And u guys r all same. So im assuming u dont get very many CANADA orders. Oh well. The windshield i got is ok. Its under 500.00 can u image. The one i need has a wiper. 4000. 00 no u tell me what is r trucks n cars worth. These are just ATV.
I received a mail from Motocrossgiant that they would come back to me with regard to a simple question. After a week no reaction. I send a reminder. After a few days no reactions. I've experienced such a bad customer service from a company in the USA. Very, very bad.
I've ordered a couple things as gifts... "Matt" was very helpful in answering some questions. Hopefully everything fits and my son likes them. If not, I will return and according to Matt, not a problem with exchanging or returning.
My son is going to love ALL the items I've purchased from motocross giant. Can't wait to see him open them on Christmas. Easy to work with, even when the first set of gear was out of stock they quickly called to let me know. Was able to find something else while on the phone and his personalized gear arrived soon after. Will be back to shop again!

The first experience with MotocrossGiant already was a year ago. The prices many very much suit me. Existence of goods can't but also please. But the most important is the individual approach and a good attitude. That many operators I know such feeling personally, and always quite their professional approach to business.
Fantastic dealing with MotocrossGiant. What a great range! I ordered 2 clothing items. Website was easy to use. Updates were great. I was kept up to date on where my order was at, & could track the freighter to see how far away my order may be. My order arrived today (only 8 days after leaving the US) in Australia. The items are brilliant - really happy with them.

Because recently i order some stuff and customers service MotocrossGiant says that 2-4 business days verification of item and they can shipped the items that i ordered. But its been one week and i dont have any tracking number of my orders. Kindly give me an action for this.

Gear showed up on time and as described, it is a gift so it is yet to be used to see how it will hold up. But as far as my experience with the company, they were very helpful and my shipment was actually delivered a day or two early which is always a good thing. I would recommend them!
Ordered 12/27/2015 didn't ship until 01/05/2016. Since I ordered the product during the Christmas/New Year holiday week, I expected it not to ship real fast. Would have given them 5 stars if it had shipped a little faster.
Ordered 2 extended gear levers for my son's KLX 110's. They were easy to find on the website, good value and delivered to Western Australia in pretty quick time. Thank you motocross giant. If only the US dollar would slow down a bit.
Ordered just before Christmas from Australia. Items were delivered promptly, notifications were always emailed in regards to tracking. Very happy with customer service and the great shirt and hoodie. Will definitely be ordering stuff again!
I've never had problems in the pass, but this time not so lucky.
Not only did I note it on the purchase order (need no later then Dec 24 2015 Christmas Eve) I also had it confirmed over the phone. When I went to pickup my order on Christmas Eve, it was no where to be found. We were able to find a couple things at the store, and were able to switch the others out.
The store manager really helped save the day...!
Hi my shopping experience was good, I found prices to be competitively prices and the website easy to use. However I live in Australia and would have liked to see the prices change into our dollar, also using the US postal service there was no way to see how long my order will arrive. I will recommend your site in future but will encourage items to be FedEx sent.
