Fast delivery and great price. Jacket was heavier than expected, but great quality. Will likely remove protective padding to us for rain gear majority of the time. But with pads allows for use as seasonal riding jacket.
The restocking fee is a bit much and to also pay return shipping when apparel doesn't fit doesn't make me want to shop with you again. Other companies cover return shipping or at least provide a label that costs no more than $7. I had to pay $15 to exchange my jacket.
So far so good, will review after delivery.
Everything went smoothly and goods received in good condition, well packed and secure. The only reason I contacted customer services was to confirm they got my order because when I tried to print my receipts my printer messed up and I wanted to make sure they got the order just in case. Yes they told me they had it and it would ship that evening and it did. Thank you. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, in fact they are added to my favorites. I paid extra for delivery by UPS because USPS delivery is a waste of space and time the tracking never works but with UPS they rang my doorbell as usual and before I had chance to retrieve the package I got an email to say it was delivered. It's no wonder USPS loses so much money on behalf of the taxpayers of this country. I digress.

Would have purchased rain pants and jacket as package and saved shipping & handling charges, but the rain paints were out of stock after being shown package deal price. Then had problems checking out. Kept declining the transaction but didn't really say why. Used same card on another site to order the pants and it went right through. Had to use a different card. Took way too long.
The rain jacket was way oversized. Had to return merchandise.
Ordering was easy and prices are great compared to some other sites I visited. Shipping was fast and earlier than expected. Cant comment on the products themselves as they are Christmas presents and haven't been used yet, but they do look to be well made.
My kids and I ride every 3-4 weeks. Motorcycle Closeouts let's us have great quality gear at a price that fit's our budget. We've never had a problem with any of our orders. We LOVE this place and will continue to shop with Motorcycle Closeouts!
Amazing deal! The 60-year limited edition Schott Bell commemorative jacket for half price and free shipping! This jacket is extremely well made, a bit small due to the European styling, but it fits me like a well tailored glove, and is exactly as I expected.
This simple purchase and delivery went just fine. The only snag was on my end and I fixed that! Good to find a place that has 'hard to find motorcycle gear items' that are no longer available or in limited production.
Always awesome deals and I made a mistake on addressing, but I got a call from Motorcycle Closeouts to let me know so I could make arrangements to get the package. I had it resolved in 10 minutes. Great customer service.
Solid product, great price! I am in the military and stationed overseas, and while the shipping did not take to long (just over a week) it's still a couple days over what I generally see from Revzilla. Overall, very happy though!
If everything goes great with shipping i would be more then happy to buy again and recommend your site to friends. I had to re order and item in my size will be sending the other one back for a refund
Despite using the size charts, both orders will need to be returned - one too large, and the other too small. Otherwise - easy to manage the ordering process just as it has been over the last few years I have shopped here.
Charged for S/H on an order that qualifies for free shipping... I contacted Customer service. It was my bad.
They got that straighten with a quick phone call. I didn't the the jacket would fit, but it did! Great price...

Paid with credit card, was denied, so I checked out with pay pal using the same card, order went thru, was happy. Denied order was processed anyways so was charged twice for 1 pair of boots. They said it was a"hold" just to check for funds before shipping my order. If you denied my card, why put a "hold" on my account which messed it up for a week! Not satisfied and I'm sure I'm not the only person to be charged twice for products from you. Update your check out process and utilities and wait for a cleared payment before shipping, don't put "holds" and you will get better ratings. Happy with product, shipping time was decent, price was comparable with competitors not including shipping. You can get the same boots I got from here for same price free shipping on other bidding sites. Do your research! Save yourself $10.+ I guess this web store is convenient. Not worth the 10 in shipping to use but hey I have cool new boots and I am out riding.
Had to re-load the web page in order to select a size. Not sure why that was. Otherwise, everything was good.
Update: Received the helmet. After wearing the helmet on two short rides, I have decided it is not comfortable enough (the size is right, but it hurts the top of my head). The return policy wants to deduct $10 for shipping costs (shipped to me)have me pay another $10 to ship it back AND an additional $10 to boot. (not sure why on that), even thought the helmet is in new condition. On a $60 helmet, this is not sensible, so I'm just going to keep it and try to see if my wife can wear it instead. You have good prices, but your return policy needs improvement for me to be a repeat customer.
It would have been faster if completed on my android phone, but as long as things arrive somewhat timely I'll be happy as a?well you know just happy...

The gloves would be great too, but they are too small for my big hands, but I will try again now that I have a better idea what size to expect...
I have bought from your site before and plan on doing so again. It is a very easy site to negotiate and I always find many things to purchase. I tell all my friends to check the site out for all their needs. I do wish you would sell troy lee designs gear but I understand your distributed controls what products you sell. Was looking for a Corsair jacket - I appreciated the comments about the product and why it likely didn't sell well. Easy to use site, loads quickly, easy checkout. I'll be checking in regularly! (Was a little sad to see it dropped ten more dollars a week later though...)

The Scott MX pants are too small... do you have them in 38 in waist? I ordered 36 in waist and they do not fit.l could not respond earlier due to a problem with my tablet.
