Great company

I have ordered products from Morningsave for a few years. They have good prices and get the products out quickly. I recently had a need to contact customer service via email and they replied the same day. I had a issue with my product and just wanted to let them know but didn't expect much; however, I was immediately reimbursed and was treated so nice that I am a champion of MorningSave. We do not get this kind of customer service any more and it was a treat!

Happy customer

I recently bought 2 pairs ( 4 panels) of window curtains, 95", but one came 84"
I was totally disappointed and upset.
I emailed MorningSave immediately and requested for a refund.
Within a day or two, I got an email stating a refund/credit to my CC was completed and that I was to check on it within 10 days for it to go through.
Boy, was I surprised and satisfied that Morning Save acted so swiftly!
Love dealing with the company!
I recommend Morning Save to everyone. Because you can trust them to rectify the mistake they made swiftly.

They made me feel like a real customer instead of just a sale.
I ordered a massager for my husband for Christmas. On the order it claimed it would be here by December 14th. I emailed them on the 16th because tracking was showing it was being held at another location and had been there for awhile.
They sent me a replacement with express shipping. I got it before Christmas. The middle of January the one lost in shipping arrived. When I contacted them to send it back they told me to keep it for my troubles.
Now I have one and my husband has one.
When I need to shop for something I will always start with Morning Save.
Great job Morning Save.

I'm not sure how people can give Morningsave.com a rating above, true they have some great deals however, their shipping "sucks" and I'm not stating this because of the Pandemic! I've been ordering from Morningsve.com for going on 2 years and their shipping has always "sucked". Currently I've been waiting on an order since the 29th of December, still haven't arrived to this day. Last tracking info, courtesy of USPS is as follows (December 31,2020 at 10:03 am Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item GRAPEVINE, TX *******, its now the 14th of January 2021 and this package has still not been received by the USPS.
This is not my first time complaining to Morningsave.com about their preferred shipping partner, in my opinion Morningsave.com needs to partner with another more reliable shipping partner.

Gave a friend a back massager that to outr shock and my embarrassment, was made in 2007. That's right... a 13 year old product. When I tried to return it, they wouldnt pay for shipping due to "buyers remorse" or "change of mind" returns. I wonder if it's still under warranty? Had I bought it from Amazon, it would have already been replaced.

Happy customer
I was pleased that the Bluetooth headband earphones arrived so quickly and was easy to set up. I did have an issue with the speaker on the right side and contacted MorningSave. They were not able to give me a replacement because they were sold out but gave me a refund and did not require me to return the product. I was hoping for a replacement but was happy to get my money back. I received prompt wonderful customer service.

Great customer service

I ordered a gadget as Christmas present for my daughter from morning save. However, there was a problem with the gadget, and was not working properly. After contacting morningsave to return the product, I was told my money will be refunded and I don't have to return the product. That is great customer service.

Defective products, poor customer service

PROCABELLO LUXURY 5500 SOFT TOUCH BRUSH STRAIGHTENER
It didn't do what the promoted it well, the bristle tips fell off the first time I used it. The process is extremely slow. I reached out for a refund and they said there was nothing they could do.

I just recently noticed a strange charge while reviewing my charge statement, $4.99 a month to a place called MorningSave. I proceeded to try to find out who this might be. I called my credit card company and found I have been billed for this service every month for a year now, it started in Dec. 2019. I failed to catch this, my partner found out she has cancer in Dec. Of last year and we have been rather pre-occupied with health issues this year and not reviewing statements as we should. The problem is, I never signed up for this membership. I don't know what MorningSave is, have never shopped there and don't know how they got my charge card information to bill my account. I Googled them for info but am still not clear how it works or where you shop. I sent an email to their customer service since I could find no phone number for them but the response I got was a credit refund for this month (a cancellation I suppose.) I tried to explain that I did not sign up for a membership with them to begin with, have never shopped there and was requesting a refund of 12 months charges to my charge account but they addressed it as though I had indeed signed up. Their response said I should go into my account for details, problem is, I don't have an account to go into. I am turning this matter over to Consumer Affairs and my credit card company to see if they can find out how this happened and try to get these charges refunded. Be careful with this company people, customer service is not being helpful with my situation. Has anyone else had something like this happen? I was forced to give them a star to submit my review, 0 stars is my rating.

We purchased 3 soap/sanitizer dispensers for the Lions Club Community Center in Las Cruces New Mexico and shortly after purchase found that all 3 units were not functioning! We reached out to the customer service staff of the manufacturer only to find out they only handled the warranty exchanges and not refunds. They advised me to get a refund that I would need to reach out to the place we purchased them. So we did and were ASTONISHED and how quickly and hassle free the process was! Shortly after emailing in with the explanation we received an email indicating that our refund is being processed! I would highly recommend MorningSave for SUPER great deals and even better customer service!

I personally have found Morningsave to save me when in need of a gift for either a family and or friend both male and female as well as any household related purchases. It has helped me find that perfect different gift every time. Great customer service

I had a situation where there was at first an incorrect tracking number then a misplaced delivery. Marco worked hard to get the correct tracking number and locate my package. During these Covid times with limited staff, shutdowns etc. obviously the mail system has suffered. Thank you Marco for your much appreciated help!

I BOUGHT THE WIRELESS SPEAKERS AND TROUBLE SETTING THEM UP. ONE SPEAKER WOULD WORK THEN THE OTHER ONE WOULD WORK. I WAS ABOUT TO GIVE UP AND SEND THEM BACK UNTIL CJ CAME TO THE RESCUE! CJ IS EMPLOYED BY MORNING SAVE AND, THROUGH EMAIL, CJ SAID WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG. NOW I HAVE THE SPEAKERS WORKING WITH PHONE AND LAPTOP. YEAH FOR CJ!

I've contacted the company via email to ask why the items I ordered were shipped from TX to CA, left the CA facility on 12/11, then were returned to the same place in CA on 12/14. Their response was: some orders are taking longer to ship. Makes zero sense.
First and last time ordering- I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company if my package doesn't arrive by 12/23.
