Better off buying directly from the individual companies. They allow returns. Morningsave does NOT. Now I'm stuck with this product!

I was really disappointed to learn that there was no return policy for Bluetooth buds I bought. The buds will not pair with my product and I was told there's no return policy for buyer's remorse. I feel this is not buyer's remorse they simply dont work with my product. No return policy is not a good thing. Just by reading the reviews there are a lot of disappointments. Definitely not a good company to do business with. They will never last at this rate. Awful company, disappointed, never spend my money here again.

I ordered something that simply didn't live up to its expectations and requested a refund. I received a letter saying that there is no return policy so basically they don't care and I told them how I felt about it and they still don't care so if you buy something from them and you don't like it don't even bother asking for your money back because you're not going to get it and they could care less. Horrible company that I doubt will last very long when its consumers like us that keep their business afloat. Do not buy anything from this company or you will be very disappointed and out your money

I was very disappointed to learn that products cannot be returned. The product descriptions on air (The Talk) and on the website MorningSave were incomplete and didn't describe the product (hair accessories) properly. Company states it will not accept buyer's remorse or change of mind returns! This is really crappy, and is not stated when you make a purchase. I will not use this company again. However, shipment was fast, and I am pleased so far with one product I purchased (fitness tracker).

BUYER BEWARE!

I used this company after seeing some items from the TV show EXTRA. I thought it would be great to pick up a few things at a discount. I purchased 2 wireless headphones and cute work out leggings. The leggings didn't fit they barely covered my butt. The headphones had static in them as soon as you raised the volume.
I contacted morningsave.com, and was told sorry to returning items there is no buyers remorse. The headphones I'm to contact the company directly so they will replace them if defective. The leggings there is no contact information for the company that made them(even googled the company doesn't seem to exist)
When shopping there was no clear information about buyer's remorse, not in the body of shopping, in the shopping cart, when you signed up for morningsave.com, or before I hit purchase.
So so disappointed in this website, won't shop there again.
