I purchased 2 Bamboo Comfort 1800 Series Sheet Queen sets that they claimed retailed for $109 and are available on MorningSave for $35 each. When they arrived I noticed the cheap quality and checked online for this brand at other sites. Amazon carries these sheets for $29-35. No where did I find these sheets sell for claimed retail price of $109.
I also bought a Pure Mist Diffuser with essential oils for $35 which they claim retailed for $199. Another lie! It was a cheap plastic diffuser. I went to the Pure website and found the same product for $89. And on Amazon, the same product was $29. Ok, I got what I paid for from a quality standpoint. But, I am infuriated that I got conned by false advertising.
I have been shopping on morning save for a while and the products as well as the OUTSTANDING SERVICE has been very much appreciated! They are quick to deliver and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! I love shopping with them! Its been MY PLEASURE dealing with this company, they are "true to their word" and very reliable! Morning save has great deals on a wide variety of products. And the free shipping after the $5 membership fee is pretty cool too.
I received a defective watch and sent them an email. And within 10 minutes, I received a response and a replacement was being processed. Usually the replacement process is a big hassle that some times you just don't bother. But Morningsave's customer service was so outstanding, that they now definitely have a return customer!
Save your money, will not buy any of this junk again. I ordered the diffuser, the directions on use were for a completely different model. Have not gotten the item to work yet and may not work at all. Won't spend the money to return it. Lesson learned will never buy anything from this site again. I think the items are rejects or seconds.
I had an with an item and emailed customer service. They replied back within a couple of days and all was taken care of and couldn't have been more accommodating.
First of all I need to pre-empt this by saying I love the MorningSave daily deals. While regular prices through them are fair, I have gotten some great deals through the daily deals. Shipments generally are quick and the products are great.
When I received the I correct color on one of my products and provided a photo, they got back to me in a shirt time telling me a corrected order would go out in the next day or so. This compan does, indeed, understand their customers! Thank you MorningSave!

On May 27,2018, I ordered two Solo NY Briefcases for graduation. I expected coming from TX to NC would only take 3-5 business days. The initial FedEx tracking info stated June 6,2018 which would have been okay however I received an updated "DELAYED" tracking that the item would not arrive until JUNE 9,2018 - TWO WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED! NOW WHAT REALLY GOT ME WAS IT INITIALLY STARTED IN DALLAS, TX TO CANTON, TX, WACO, GEORGA, ELLENWOOD, GA AND BACK TO DALLAS, TX? I'm still trying to figure that one out. I saw the return policy but I'M REFUSING THESE ITEMS AND I'M FILING A DISPUTE ON MY CREDIT CARD! THAT IS HOW YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS HOW THEY JUST THINK THEY CAN DO PEOPLE ANY KIND OF WAY...
I purchased after seeing it on the Talk LUX TELESCOPE LENS AND 5 IN 1 CAMERA LENS KIT $27.99. My mistake... other sites have it for $14.99 and as low as $9.99
Don't order from Morningsave until you compare prices elsewhere first. I can't believe that "The Talk" would support this company.
Ordered an Infinity Gold Hair dryer, it was DOA (dead on arrival). Contacted Morning Save and it was "Oh, so sorry", get in touch with Infinity. Tried to contact them for over a month, the number had been disconnected. Do not buy from this company!
Ordered a product from Morningsave, products stop working. After contacting Morningsave to complain all I got in return was the run around. I will never ever order from this site again!
They have the best prices and support! They are also the best communicators in the business. I bought a smart watch from them and had many problems with it. There was NO response for the watch manufacturer, but when I contacted MorningSave, their response was within 20 minutes. I will definitely buy from them again. They stand by the products they sell.

I ordered a Pursonic facial cleansing kit promoted on The Talk. The battery-operated cleanser brush is a plastic piece of crap. I can barely get the battery case open and I know the cover is going to break with just a couple of battery changes. In addition, the bottle of Vitamin C serum was not sealed and it arrived with about a fourth of the product leaked out onto the other items in the package. I wrote to customer support 3 weeks ago, received an automated reply saying someone would be in touch soon. I have not heard one word from them since. I will never order from them again. Buyer Beware!
I am now updating this review because I sent another message to customer support and they got in touch with me the following day. They refunded my entire purchase price including shipping. I now have to say that although the product I ordered is substandard, at least their customer service is not. I am changing my 1 star review to 3 stars.
The Magnetic Lashes I purchased were poorly constructed did not work as expected for me. Morning Save, however, promptly refunded my money with no argument. I would buy other things from them again because of this service.
After ordering a few items i received a notice from my credit card co. That my card was being used for uber services in san francisco. I live in pa. Contacted morning save, which was the only place i used my card for a week. They said in wasn't possible my card no. Was stolen from there and would not even admit it could happen. Beware. Would never buy from them again because of they're arrogance.
I ordered my Zmodo Pivot cameras from Morningsave and I encountered an issue with my 2nd camera (red light blinking and making a ticking sound). They acted fast to resolve my issue. Thanks Morningsave!

I have ordered several things from them and their partner site over the years. I especially appreciate MorningSave because I don't have to look every day to find that one thing on sale! Something I recently ordered was not working properly, and the manufacturer's customer service was NOT helpful. I finally gave up on the product. Chad worked with me and offered my options. Responses were quick and spot-on. I am completely satisfied.
I went to this site because I wanted to buy a drone I saw on Extra. It showed up but the shipping package was damaged and the drone box was crushed in. I was giving it as a gift so I wanted to return it and get a new one with an undamaged box. The customer service folks were super nice and sent me a new one right away and made returning the other one very easy. Since then I've bought 2 other things from them and have been very happy with the quality.
