I ordered a dash cam for my husband, and when we received it there was a piece missing from the suction cup for the windshield. I emailed Morning Save and received a reply within 2 days. The real kicker was that I received a new dash cam within a few days. Very professional and 1st class service. I will definitely be buying more from this company again.

No customer service no one you can talk to on the phone line. Everything's done online. They have all your information on your orders and when you want to return one specific item they should have all that information on what you want to return which I have given them the information on the item I bought all I wanted to do was return it and get a new one. Frustrated
I have been trying to contact MorningServe at their site for 2 months plus, to return a purse. They did acknowledge receipt of my request a few times and said they would get back to me. After the second and third request, they told me again they would get back to me and informed me they work Monday through Friday. They also told me to check my spam; nothing was there. I still have not had this matter resolved. I have bought many products from them and have been very satisfied, but never had to return anything. I know they could care less, but I will never purchase anything else from them. Poor, Poor, No Customer Service
I am so please with the customer service of this company. I purchased a Fitbit tracker and could not get it to work. I contacted MorningSave and was told I would need a portable device with Bluetooth in order for it to work. I explained being an older person, I did not have a Bluetooth device. I am old school and still have a landline phone. Well these wonderful people, even though my purchase stated no refund if you have buyers remorse because you are receiving the items at a such a considerable discount, went above and beyond what I call good customer service. I explained I would have to save up my money (being retired) to get this Bluetooth thing. Well these wonderful people not only refunded my money, but allowed me to keep the tracker I ordered. Talk about making a customer happy they did that for me. I will definitely continue to shop with MorningSave, Again thank you MorningSave.
I had ordered pillows I didn't like them, sent a message they replied in a timely manner, refunded my money! I have been satisfied with every other purchase. Very good experience!
I received the wrong order and emailed MorningSave. He asked that I send a picture of the label on the box I received. He confirmed what I received and said he would send it. I received it in 3 days. Thanks MorningSave!

I bought a couple watches one men's and one women's and they started falling apart a couple months after I bought them. Now I am trying to get my money back and it is a real pain. They don't have a phone number to talk to them so it's hard to talk to customer service. I have been a member for over a year and bought lots of stuff and was happy until lately with the watches and a few other items I bought from them. I have canceled my membership over this transaction. Very upset with. Morningsave it's making me put a one star i would rather it not even get a star
I am very happy with this company and the service I received. I purchased a baby monitor from them and after a few days the parent unit stopped working. I contacted the company and they were no help, other than to say contact the merchandiser. I emailed MorningSave and they, very quickly, were happy to send out a whole new unit! No arguments, no complaints! I will be buying from MorningSave again in the future!
I purchased an iON HD Action Cam for my son for his birthday. It was at a extremely affordable. After I recieving my purchase I discovered that it doesnt work. I contacted the Maker due to having the Warrenty thru them and they gave me a load of garbage and wanted me to Pay them to "Examine and Test" the camera to Officially deem it Defective. I was also told to contact Morning Save and inform them of the situation. So that is what I did. And Morning Save responded very quickly and even gave me a refund. That was more than I expected and Im grateful Morning Save atleast stepped up and took care of their Customer and put me above makin a couple dollars. I will continue to use and recommend Morning Save. They have so many amazing items and clearly want all their Customers to be Happy with their purchase. And even though iON product doesnt work. I dont Blame Morning Save... Thanks All! (Didnt give a 5 star because the fact is I have a nonfunctioning camera but Morning Save did their best 2 make it right)
They hide behind Steve Harvey show to rip consumers off. Read reviews before you buy anything offline.
Purchased a $40 hair brush based on Steve Harvey commercial on the daily deal. (Advertised as $150 value). Found similar products from other sources for about $20. Product simply does not work as advertised. Extremely disappointed. Product arrived with NO return information. Upon further investigation I discovered a disclaimer on the morningsave website that the products are not returnable/refundable due to the deep discounts. HA! What a total crock.
I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I usually do, but since they were advertising on The Doctors and other daytime shows, I thought they would be legitimate. Do not order and these shows should discontinue promoting them
This site is the worst and customer service is ridiculous. I will never order from them again and these TV shows need to stop promoting this company they are terrible! I ordered an item that was advertised on the Doctors. It was not what was described and emailed them to ask about returning the item. Seems to be a pattern "Sorry we don't take returns, you can contact the company that makes the item for a replacement"! WHAT?!? Finally, they agreed to a return and 3 weeks later still no refund. They claim they cannot locate the package without a tracking number! Hello, I did not need one it was sent regular US MAIL!

I recently ordered 3 Zmodo Pivot after Television "Extra" promoted the website "MorningSave"! I requested a refund for unopened devices 1 day after shipment arrived! I test 1 device but did not 2 devices!
This was my request: Device only works in the same as the router. Time-out/ connection issues with Zmodo app. I would like to return because the device did not work as advertised. Purchased: 3 devices
Reply: Sorry to hear that. I do know that we dont have replacements in house for these but this is covered by a 3 year warranty through Zmodo. If you reach out to them at https://www.zmodo.com/limited-warranty/, theyll troubleshoot that and if its defective theyll send you a replacement unit no problem.
Let them know that you purchased from Mediocre Corp (Morningsave.com parent company) and theyll take care of you. If you need a proof of purchase you can use a screenshot of your Your Orders page. Please let us know if you have any issues.
I have not ordered from this company but I have had $2.19 charges on my credit card for several months in a row. Fortunately the credit card company has refunded these charges to my acct and put a stop on further charges from this company. I emailed them requesting information about the charges but they have not responded.
We ordered an IP camera from there who is on vacation it came in while we were gone went to hook it up found out it was defective wanted to send it back but they said I needed an invoice lost my password so I go to the URL website that they have for support it doesn't work three different computers the manufacturer will not do nothing with the camera without an invoice don't order anything from these people. No phone support not willing to do anything to email about it..
Too many negative reviews. Will not order from Morningsave.com. Most reviews were unable to get a refund or replacement for damaged item. No phone number to contact customer service. D+ rating with BBB. I cannot rate since I will not order. Very disappointed; since promoted on the Talk and Steve Harvey.
