If it’s the Blender manufacturer I think it is, they have world class support, but we’re happy to back that up if you’d prefer a return/refund from us. True, only via email though.

I have been corresponding with a person named Patrick for approximately 2 weeks just to return a duvet that was erroneously shipped to me. I ordered queen sheets and to return the item it was requested that I unpackage the item to assure that the item that I received was a mistake. This item is packaged compactly and
I am sure it will not be able to be returned to the shape. The package is clearly labeled as to the contents. I am hesitant to make additional purchases from Morningsave. This has NOT been a good experience.

It arrived but didn't work. After contacting via e-mail and describing the problem, morningsave issued a new order. The new one worked, everything was timely, great service!
I ordered a pair of earbuds I had then about 5 weeks and they stopped charging. I contacted morning save and they are replacing them free of charge unlike the manufacturer of the Freshebuds who said the warranty had expired and they would replace them for a fee GREAT JOB MORNING SAVE! I had a problem with the delivery of my cameras and Jonathan has helped me resolve it step by step. Today I received an email from Chad letting me know that replacements were on their way to me.

When I saw this on TheTalk on CBS, I purchased these sheets based on the claim of them keeping you cooler than other sheets. This is not true. I reached out to Morningsave and was told I could return them but I had to pay the shipping. The customer service rep, Sean, was not at all phased by my insistence that their false claim should cost me money! I will never purchase anything shown on the Talk again as the merchandise is in some cases as this falsely advertised. What a rip off!

I bought the set of Copper pans. When they arrived one was dented and scratched. Morningsave has replaced my order, with no additional cost to me.
I purchased the Motorola Verveones+ ME bluetooth earbuds. The product failed to work properly. After contacting MorningSave with my issue, they responded in 1 day with an apology & a refund. It's hard to find businesses with customer care like that.
I ordered a zenlogic music player from MorningSave and when it arrive the internal battery was defective and could not be charged although the unit worked fine on external power. I wrote to them about the problem and they responded within a day and sent me a replacement unit directly, no questions asked. I received the replacement today and charged it up fine. It works as I expected. They offered outstanding service.
Recently had an issue with a product and a new one was in the mail to me within 24 hours of my informing them of the issue. Hard to beat in this day and age!
