I have purchased multiple things from morningsave and its sister sites, meh.com and mediocritee.com, and have always been very pleased with the results, even when fedex scuffed the delivery new replacements were sent to me with no hassle whatsoever.
Refuse to purchase again from MorningSave! Difficult website! Needed refund $73.41. Only received $39.
I ordered something from morningSave but never received it. It was sent to an address that does not exist. I emailed them and at first they were responsive until I asked for either a refund or the merchandise be sent to me. At that point they completely stopped replying to me. VERY disappointed!
I frequently buy top merchandise from MorningSave at steeply discounted prices. They keep me informed about new products. The website is easy to navigate. They promptly ship the order.
I recently experienced a problem where a Phillips electric toothbrush was delivered by UPS but claimed to have not been received by my apartment building manager. After a few emails back and forth with MorningSave, they promptly credited my credit card for the purchase price. They are efficient and honest.

I ordered a set of sheets that were supposed to come with 4 pillow cases. The package arrived quickly but only had 2 pillow cases in it. I submitted a complaint to Customer Service and got a response the same day. Their representative was very helpful and gave me a couple of options to correct the issue. I love the great deals that I've gotten with MorningSave, and knowing that they have terrific customer service makes dealing with them even better!

I ordered earrings from Morningsave on May 11,2012 and some how my item is stuck in shipping since May 21,2012.
I've contacted support and haven't had a response. I would like a refund and I will report this company to the BBB as well as my bank. This has got to stop. It feels like a scam. Do not order through Morningsave.
I have been a customer of morning save for several years and on a couple of occasions I had to call service department and was always satisfied with their help. My last interaction with customer service was trying to figure out why I was being charged for shipping since I signed up as a member. I e-mailed morning save and received response within 24 hours and my problem was resolved.

Shipping costs are a joke. 7.99 for a 15 dollar purchase. People are not stupid and won't buy into your ridiculously stupid high cost of shipping.

Wanted several items today and clicked on items and wouldnt let me even log on, then it kicked me out completely where I couldn't look at items any longer.
A new member that received a defective product. I followed the refund/replacement policy and received a response, via e mail within 24 hrs. With no question asked, I will be receiving a replacement. Happy Customer.

I wish I had done some research before ordering from MorningSave. I ordered 2 items, both of which were very poor quality. Additionally, the one item was more than twice the price being charged at Bed Bath & Beyond! I realized that I made a mistake before the one item was shippped, so I tried to cancel the order. They refused, despite the fact that the item had not yet been shipped - it also did not arrive until after the original delivery date. I would never order anything from them again.
I have been very pleased with my purchases from Morning Save. High quality and low prices. The one time I had an issue, it was addressed right away very satisfactorily. A reputable business that makes shopping very easy without frustration.
