Horrible experience! There prices may be great, but you get what you pay for. Shipping is slower than a boat from China, and there customer service is pitiful. I ordered 2 drones and wanted to return because they are crap, not even worth the money they discounted them at. There's no phone number to call?! You got to be kidding! And I was told I would need to pay for return shipping and then confirm that they received it. Ed that hassle, they would likely claim they didn't receive and then I'd be out more money. Hard to believe that TV shows are promoting this loser company! You think they would do their homework before promoting them. We rely on that they do their due diligence.
The most prompt and excellent service I've ever had with a company. Delivery of the product was very fast unfortunately it was defective. I was issued a refund immediately very very professional.

Recently I purchased an item from morningsave. Much to my chagrin it did not perform as expected. After attempting to get my money back (as i am living on a very small fixed-income), i was referred to the products warranty department. There should be a warning on the first page of the site that one should not purchase junk from this site unless THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE THE PRODUCT WILL WORK AS STATED. Very disappointed in the deception from morningsave and Steve Harvey.

I ordered two purses as promoted on the Wendy Williams show. The small, cross-body size were cute and I ordered one in each color. What arrived in the shipment were two giant-sized purses that I will never use. My guess is they ran out of the ones I wanted and decided to substitute without my permission. Now they will not answer my emails (other than an auto-response saying they will respond in 48 hours but they did not) and they dont take phone calls. DOES ANYONE EVEN WORK HERE?
I ordered 3 Bluetooth AirPods from morningsave. One of them were empty no pods in the box. The other two didn't work at all. What a ripoff. Bad things happen to those who get over. You are stealing and definitely no good. I'm going to post on social media about morningsave and Extra. Extra advertise for the sleeze bucket. No good for nothing!

I bought a exfoliating body brush that's SUPPOSED to have done everything for the body gets the product and the product was wrapped $#*! a gift and it was unwrapped and new batteries placed correct way in the unit it haven't turned on yet not once and they say it's out of warranty. People this is a site that are ripping real live people out of thier money and legally it's nothing can be done. Check the use of your any product u get for 30 straight days don't buy no gifts that has to sit for more then 30days and me I am never coming back to the site ever. Morning rip off should be the name for this site.
I am trying to return 2 items and can not get an answer how to do so. When I email them even reponding to their e-mail saying it was ordered, it was returned to me as spam to them. What kind of company does business like this, you better get me a refund fast as I don't play. All your TV shows are going to hear from me.

I ordered a King sheet set on Nov 13 and the package never arrived and it is late Dec. I had to fight with them but I asked for a full refund. Both Fed and USPS could not find this package. It is a scam.
The sheets never arrived and this company has poor customer service and I waited over 1 week to get someone to write back from customer service.
Customer service is stellar! MorningSave provides items at greatly reduced prices, which warrants tremendous savings. While buyer's remorse is not entertained, MorningSave stands behind their products and advertisements. Complete information had not been provided on the advertisement of a given product. The product I received was defective. I was skeptical of the return process which required communication only through email chat. After a couple of back and forth exchanges related to why the product didn't work, I was given a full refund and no other time or expense needed to return the product. In this digital age of communication I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and ease.
I ordered 4,2-pack makeup erasers and only received 4,1-packs that costs more than the regular retail price. There's a reason they have no phone contact number and customer service assured me I received the correct item. Even though I have sent my order and pictures they refuse to correct it unless I want to pay shipping to send it back and they say a refund might happen but I don't trust that either. Rude scam artists with no accountability!

I purchased and received a broken XTREME PRO CAMERA. I have emailed MORNING SAVE 4 times to get a RMA # to return it. I never received a response from them.
First off. I ordered one item and they charged me twice for the same item. I even had email confirmation for one item only. I sent an email and was told it was too late the 2nd item was sent and I can return it when it was received. 2nd mess up, I ordered 2 drones different colors. I waited weeks for them to come in the mail. I sent an email and finally got a response on the second email. With confirmation of items being sent and I notice there was a refund for one of the drones. Sent an email. They ran out of them and didn't tell me they were out of stock. Now I have 1 drone and 2 boys that they were supposed to be for. This site is a joke.
So sorry for the bad experience on this one. Obviously that's not how we want things to go. We did have to cancel a number of drone orders due to our shipment never arriving. I'm sorry for the inconvenience on that.
Cant find e mail but debit card charged on nov 30 2018 still no sign of package and morning save is unable to be contacted i ordered face vacumns for my teenage girls where are they if no response i will contact my bank and consumer affairs
I placed an order with this company and then minutes later discovered that the item I ordered had several negative reviews posted about how poorly made it was. As posted on Morningsave, I tried to cancel the order within 1 hour. I received a message back saying that the item had already shipped. No way they could of shipped that fast.
I feel cheated that so many tv shows are promoting this awful website and wish they would cease. The return process is the most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced. Its 2018, I should have to email Joe Smo to get my return "approved" and then email them the tracking number! It was expensive to ship back this stupid blanket also. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting on my refund.
I ordered blue tooth air buds on black Friday. They came and they do not fit my ears (so they won't stay in) and only one side will work. I tried to return saying I wasn't satisfied and they said, "We are sorry but we do not take air buds back". Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company. I will be spreading the word how they don't take back if you are unhappy because of "hygienic reason's". Good to know they are clean but just better hope they buds fit and work or you are stuck over paying and losing out.
A few years ago I stumbled across this website and have been checking there first before I buy anything on-line. The range of products is incredible, and the quality is always impressive. The best part though, is the customer service! Shout out to Reine, for all your help, and to Chad and everyone else that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
