I was excited to receive my products, but it quickly turned to disappointment. The first product was the Predire Facial Mud Mask, and to remove the mask you use a magnetic hand wand. However the wand hardly had any magnetism in it, so in order to get the mask off I had to continually wash and wipe my face. My skin was sore and red once I got it off becuae the mask texture is like sand and all the rubbing irritated my sensitive skin.
But the second product, which was a book of facial masks came with mildew/mold all throughout it. This is a health hazzard especially because I have asthma. I opened the package and immediately had a headache.
Thankfully when I reached out to customer service they were responsive and offered a refund for the damaged items. I however, will never order anything from MorningSave again!
Sale a lot of great products. My family and I have purchased a lot of items. Awesome Crew, have questions, just email. $4.99... stop complaining, go to Post Office, smallest box will cost you at least $5.00. Ask anyone who owns their own business. Mediocre... keep on keeping on.
Saw it on TV and went to website and signed up. I placed an order and it stated any orders placed within the next hour would have free shipping. I found another item and tried to place the order but site displayed "Credit card declined". Thinking it had something to do with multiple charges I called the credit card company and they said the first charge went through and when I tried to place the order again I got the same error message yet my credit card company said morningsave didn't even attempt to make the charge otherwise they would have seen it. The only reason I can come up with is they want you to pay the monthly membership fee which I did not want. No phone number to contact anyone, support states they'll get back to you in 1-2 days at which time obviously the 1 hour free shipping will be void. My opinion, stay away from companies like this.
Even though I had a problem with two out of three sonic water pic the communication was prompt and I felt they didn't leave me in the lurch to solve my dilemma. It was a very positive experience.

I recently bought the ear pod from them. The right ear pod kept falling out of my ear and the left one was fine (would never fall out). I was listening to music while cleaning my house and it fell and was not able to catch it in time and it broke while hitting floor. I sent customer service a message asking for a replacement and they told me they they don't cover accidentals. Will never buy from them again. The worst.
Thanks unfortunately by the time my order reached my local post office most of it had already spilled out. Faulty packaging our rough ride to delivery or both? Who knows. I sent it back. I didn't get an acknowledgement of the return, a replacement or a refund until I researched the return about a month later. Speaks poorly of their return department. But once the people over at MEH.com received my email, they promptly took care of it and issued a refund.
I am a service snob, grew up in a Nordstrom / Estee Lauder culture, where service standards are super high.
Morningsave is one of few companies today with great quality and diversity in product, excellent pricing, and shipping is fast and consistent.
Morningsave will fix any issue or problem, though I seldom have one... immediately!
You NEVER have to worry about returns or exchanges.
Best of all, they honor and appreciate their customers AND they are tragically hip!:)

I already sent two email messages-no response. I bought the Trym II and finally opened it up and it doesn't work. I would like to know how to handle this. It's a shame that your products are defective. No 1-800 #, no response from MorningSave. I need some answers. Please respond back to me. This is definitely not good for business according to the reviews.
Purchased two Pop Sonic water flossers.
One wouldn't accept the pickheads. They simply wouldn't seat. The hole they're supposed to sit in was too large. The other turns itself on. I got woken up at 2am scared out of my mind by a loud WHIR WHIR WHIR. I couldn't understand where the alarm was coming from. I followed the sound to my bathroom. It was the damn water flosser. I wrote to Morningsave who wrote back telling me I just didn't understand how to operate it correctly. REALLY!?

I brought some big item from here and they were shipped out without any protection on them so everyone who worked on getting it to me knew exactly what I brought. I didn't recieve one of my items and I have contacted them over several times but no one has contacted me yet. I'm done buying from here. They don't have a number for these issues and they don't care about the customer. After I get everything together I'll be closing my account. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE!

The company was great to deal with... merchandise arrived in a timely manner and price was amazing. I had an issue with something not working correctly and Chad walked me through the steps... when all else failed I was sent a new item! What a pleasure working with him. I ordered one air purifier, my checkout amount was $106. Then today I received the receipt in my email and the invoice was for 2 air purifiers, with a total of $205! There is no number to call and you cannot change your order a later than an hour after your order! Lame!

I have purchased several items from Monringsave, and other than the extremely slow shipping, it's been fine. Until you have an issue with an item. We purchased a Power Precision cooker, and it is defective. We immediately called the manufacturer and was told we need to contact Morningsave. I reached out to customer service via email (they have no phone number, and now I know why) and after waiting 2 days got a reply saying I needed to contact the manufacturer. So I did, only to be told that I needed to contact Morningsave. The product has been discontinued, and if I want a refund from Morningsave, I have to send it back (at my expense) and they will either refund or replace. Well the product has been discontinued (because they are defective) and now I sit and wait yet again for Morningsave to reply to my email.
Received my back pack today... the lining inside was not stitched! Material is very poor Quality..
I just bought a fitness tracker after seeing it on this site on a few reputable talk shows. BEWARE... the fitness tracker is not compatible with any Samsung Galaxy newer than a 7... really. When I went back to this site for a refund/return, the link takes you to the statement below...

I ordered the Royale Blower Brush Hair Dryer and Styler after seeing it advertised on "EXTRA". When I received the item, the box it came in was in decent condition. When I opened up the brown box, the item was in a plastic bag. When I took the item out of the plastic bag, the two seals were broken. The rep says it was "normal" for the tear to be broken and that the transit of the item was the reason why the seals were broken. I'd like to dismiss that because there is no way the item in a box, in another box, in a plastic bag, could have had its seals broken due to transit. The box that stored the brush/blower was also ripped and beat up. Funny thing is, MorningSave doesn't have a phone number to call, because if they did, they wouldn't have enough people to staff their customer complaints. I've been going back and forth with a "CRAIG" and he has yet to offer me a return label. I haven't tested out the item, because I DO NOT WANT it. I've told him numerous times that I do not want the item, and still, he keeps insisting that I test out the item to make sure it works. I have given him until tomorrow to send me a return label or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my bank.
