I was worry about morningsave sending to home address when im at work. So i sent a email to morningsave right away with my work address. But ms reply me after they sent my package out. USPS posted delivery date and time. But it came early and no one home so USPS left it at the front door steps. If anybody know about any city, your front step is the sidewalk. When i got home there was no package on the front door steps. Next day i email the ms rep and they kindly refunded me back my money.
I had a problem with a set of earphones and they were replaced in no time and with no problem getting replacements.
I will be doing my shopping with morningsaving.

I purchased a humidifier only to find out that there was a factory default in it. Package had factory seal. Screw cap for the water tank was defective. With discussions and even a photo from me they immediately agreed with the defect and settled with a full refund. The buyer needs to be proactive in the request for assistance.

I bought a product that had a problem. I contacted MorningSave Customer Service via their web site email. I received an email reply within the stated two day window. I interacted with Chad who was very understanding and a pleasure to work with. He immediately sent me an RMA and Fedex return label. I shipped the product back and received a complete refund within two days. All good.

I bought an item that was damaged when it arrived. I contacted MorningSave. I interacted with Bethany. Due to family emergencies I was unable to get it back in the mail right away. There was not a problem. I kept them updated and they were so understanding. I will buy from them again!

At time when my item supposed to arrive I got email that they cancelled my order due to an inventory issue, they gave me coupon for $5 that I have to spend until end of this month, really? New shipment cost will be more then this $5. They need 7 days to figure out they don't have item?

I ordered a set of items. One of the items did not work. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. Within a week I had a replacement, not only for the item that was not working but the entire set.

The United States Post Office just contacted me today and told me that based on the tracking number given from the report I placed for lost packages this product was never even shipped from you guys, and never reached a post office to be stamped or scanned in. You all are fraudulent, and I want a refund immediately and NOT in 10 damn days!
I ordered the "Oreck AirVantage Multi-Stage True HEPA Air Purifiers" on March 15th and paid $106 for it and it now April 2 and I still have NOT received it. I have sent messages to give MY MONEY BACK!

At first, i thought Morningsave are not caring and difficult to reach and work with, but i was proving wrong. The representative assigned to my complaint Ms Brittany went above and beyond to rectify the problem with my lost order. I was in awe and very pleased. My lost ordered item were replaced, and she kept following up with me to check if the shipment was received. Once again, thank you so much ms Brittany, and thanks to Morningsave as a whole. It's not clear that there's a $4.99 membership fee. Every time I ordered, there has been duplicated charge of same item. Look at your bank statement to make sure you are not being overcharged. Surprised Steve Harvey would endorse this company.

I received a product that stopped working after the first use and Chad got me a refund after I unsuccessfully contacted the manufacturer of the product regarding the warranty. Sad the manufacturer didn't do the right thing, but Chad stepped up and helped me as a customer. Well done Chad! I will continue to buy from MorningSave as a result because they take care of their customers :)

I ordered the Joy Mangano Weekender + Tote in Steel Blue and Rose Quartz on 3/15/2019. When I received my order on 3/20/2019, I was missing the Rose Quartz Weekender bag. There was no packing slip or invoice. I immediately contacted them via their support link and received an automated reply that they have received my inquiry and would get back to me within 1-2 business days. Well, today is 2 business days and I still have not received any response regarding my missing order. I emailed their support link again and nothing as of yet. So I just made a complaint on the BBB. This is the worst customer service EVER! To have NO contact number for customers to call and receive assistance after spending money on your website... you had no problem taking my money, but couldn't get me my products. It's not rocket science or brain surgery!

It's not legit! I order the wireless earbuds, the charging case is black and where the earbuds goes its worn, dirty, you can tell that it's used. The charging cord is white. Horrible product quality. Ordered ear buds that were like ipod ear buds and they were 3x the size. Could barely fit them in the ear and they wouldn't stay in.
Sent back immediately never received a refund, my tracking number said they were delivered to them yet they refuse to refund me. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service. I sent back things at Christmas to couple retailers and not one was lost in the mail. Would never order from here again. And highly rated TV shows should not support them.

I'm extremely disapointed with my purchase. My Ninja Intelli kitchen system came with a broken food processor bowl, totally useless. I've contacted customer support 2x and have yet to hear from them. I ordered two Ninja products from morning save the very same day, one arrived in an official Ninja box, the other arrived loosely packed in a brown cardboard box which contained the processor bowl. All I want is a replacement or a new processor bowl!

I have purchased several products from Morningsave.com. My general experience is that when you have an issue, the customer service is pretty quick and efficient to handle returns. They do want you to deal directly with the manufacturer though. I have found that they quality of the products is so-so at best. I have decided I can get just as good of a deal at big box department stores, Walmart, Target, etc, and have the ease of returning if there is a problem. I have come to the conclusion this is a site to unload junk products, or and overabundance of products that were just not that worthy to begin with.
