Samsung Headphones
June 4, 2019

I purchased the Samsung Level Bluetooth headphones. They came quickly. It was a set. One of them didn't work. I contacted the company and they promptly responded and are replacing the broken one. I am very happy with their prompt response and nice customer service.

Terrible service, I placed a order that I saw on Pickler & Ben. Quickly recieved the order but wasn't what the presented on the show. Not enough detail and I can't use it. Trying to return for 3 days now and can't get ahold of anyone. Very disappointed.

My items received were the wrong size so I sent them an email requesting info on return policies.
I promptly received a response from Brandon.
Brandon emailed me all pertinent information and made the whole process an enjoyable experience.

For some reason me my original purchase was scanned as delivered to mailbox, but it was not there. I contacted customer service and got a response from Brandon. To him I would like to express my sincere gratitude. He was kind and showed compassion for the situation. When Brandon and I had gotten as far aw we could by investigating and following up on both ends, i received follow up from Chad. He too was more than accommodating. Finally, Jayme reached out to let me know the resolution. This team is the reason I will continue to shop and promote your company.

I bought two pairs of earrings. Received one. The shipment had no packing receipt. They have no phone support, literally, they have no way of calling them, it's all by email. Or should I say multiple emails. I told them I received half the order, takes a couple of days for a response. Then they sent me a tracking # for the other half of the order. I looked it up after a couple of days and it was for an order going to another state. They forwarded someone else's tracking #. I sent at least 5 messages asking for my shipment, or a refund If they no longer had it. After several emails, Jayme had an attitude and said I told you I would get back to you when I had an answer. Hmmmm... didn't think it would take days for something so simple. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Will never order from them again! DON'T GET A MEMBERSHIP, YOU'LL BE SORRY! Thank goodness I didn't fall for that. Will be waiting for refund.

Upon reviewing your case, I agree that this experience is not what we aim for. The replacement should have been issued (with correct tracking) and showing movement within 1-2 business days. We should have kept you updated when that did not happen.

While Jayme's intent with her message was clarity, your perspective is a valid critique. Jayme and I discussed how we could have communicated information to you in a more helpful way and we're reviewing what didn't go as planned for your order.

This company gets on talk shows like Wendy Williams pretend you are getting a great deal,
They only sell junk that fall apart within 10 minutes, then they will not respond to emails, guess they over in Japan somewhere

Very SHADY website! No toll free # - just email
I ordered 2 items however they sent me wrong item and the other never came! Was charged for the wrong item and I requested a return shipping label or full refund! Marco (agent) vehemently refused to pay for shipping cost! WHY WILL A CUSTOMER PAY FOR SOMETHING THat THEY NEVER ORDERED? I reported this to VISA Fraud Dept!
WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Beware who you are dealing with from Customer Service Dept like MARCO! Idiot!

It arrived perfectly and does a beautiful job on damp hair. My hair has a frizz to it and this styler completely perfectly smooths it out. Morning Dave was very good abou keeping me updated on shipping.

Purchased an air fryer. When I received it was too heavy for me to lift. Never took it out of the box. Sent an email and Brandon responded to ask me if I used it and if it was in its original box. Answered him via email and never heard back from him. Sent two more emails and still no response. Yesterday sent an email to parent company "A Mediocre Company". Am waiting for a response from them.

After receiving the product, I plugged it in to charge it. A red bar lit up which notes, abnormal operation. I made several attempts to charge it and all failed. I sent an e-mail and the product was replaced. I received the replacement product and it exhibited the same issue. I e-mailed to make a return and receive a refund. It then became obvious that a person was not responding and that it was computer generated. I was inquired as to what type of phone I had and did I remove the phone case. I wrote back stating the charging base was defective and would like a refund. Again it asked about the type of phone I had and if I removed the case. Beyond frustrated.

Did order a product from a segment I had watched on the Today show... I didn't pay attention to the product as much as I should of and the phrase if it's to good to be true... hummm BUT dealing with the customer service was to EZ... they were understanding and sent it back with the tracking number and they credited my account... it did cost a few dollars to send back but my fault so not complaining... I do continue to get emails from them and I now make sure what it is and who the manufacture is... thank you to, them for standing be hind there products. Betty M.

I recieved my facial serum with pump broke. I couldnt use it cause pump was built into glass. I emailed them 6 times in a month and they didnt have the courtesy to answer. Everything I've ordered from them is cheaplly made. Never will order from them again!
