Great Customer Service

I had an issue with one of my orders, so I sent them an email as they requested. I assumed, as with so many other companies that I might hear something back long after Christmas. To my surprise, Angela had gotten right back to me, but not only did she get back to me right away, she had already resolved the issue, and beyond my satisfaction. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Don't hesitate to buy from MoringSave, they truly do care about their customers.

Great to do business with

I have bought several things from Morning Save, from from a floor scrubber to face cream! I find the prices to be reasonable on most things. There are a couple of times when I had to contact customer service. I did so through emails and they are very prompt with their replies. They work hard to solve any issues. My problems were always solved satisfactorily.

Awesome customer service

I recently purchased phone cords from Morning Save. I emailed their customer service team 1 day later. Angela responded the next day and said it would be no problem to give me a refund and cancel the order. I was pleasantly surprised by her fast and courteous response. Thank you, Angela :)

I sent an email inquiry on my order and the auto- response said they would respond in 1-2 business days yet I heard from Angela within 10 minutes! She gave me the tracking number and apologized for the delay! Excellent service!

First time customer and was very impressed with customer service via website/email. Speedy acknowledgement and resolution to damaged storage containers. Caitlin was awesome! She apologized and says unfortunately would not be able to replace item, but a refund was issued immediately.

I placed an order and mistakenly listed an incorrect address for shipping. When I received my tracking that the package was delivered, I realized that the incorrect (non-existing) address showed. I contacted the shipper and got a very quick response to check with the delivery company, who then referred me back to the shipper. I emailed Ashley W who quickly responded and took care of getting me a refund and immediately received credit on my account. Thanks for excellent customer service and the quick response!

WARRANTY ISSUES

Purchased vacuum cleaner (shark)
Vacuum quit working within 6 weeks. Going off and on repeatedly.I registered for the "warranty". I called shark, they ran me thru attempts at finding problem, when that didn't work, they told me the warranty was only for the "dustcup"? Really? Also said I didn't buy vacuum from them, and had to deal with morning save.
Was told by morning save I needed to purchase a box to ship back. Not sur why that expense should be mine? This is my first experience with morning save, and it will be my last. Also disappointed with SHARK, who knew the warranty is limited, and the store selling was responsible problems. Why register a product with them?
