Very good to shop at and very nice affordable prizes. Everything I've bought was a good product. Also very fast shipping and packaged well. They also have neat products that you don't see in regular stores and some are different. And I don't like to shop in stores unless I have too. It so much easier for me online. I was excited to try MorningSave since I used to love the old-school Woot, but this experience was a disaster.
2/3/25 – Placed order.
2/6/25 – Still "processing" with no shipment. Contacted customer service to cancel since it wouldn't arrive in time. They refused.
CS said they'd ship it anyway, and if I didn't want it, I'd have to refuse delivery. (What kind of policy is that?)
I asked again to cancel. No response.
Later that night, they suddenly generate a tracking number.
Next morning, I ask them to stop the shipment via FedEx (which they could do). They ignore me and repeat, "Just refuse delivery."
2/11/25 – Package arrives.
Now I have to waste my time going to a FedEx store just to return something I didn't want.
To be clear: I requested cancellation before shipment, which is a standard practice for reputable retailers. Instead of honoring my request, they forced me to 'refuse delivery'—which is not a customer-friendly policy. Anyone considering buying from MorningSave should be aware of this.
Absolute garbage experience. MorningSave = Never Again.

I recently purchased 3 pairs of BLENDJETS on 12/10 for Christmas gifting. They took my money right away and only shipped 1 pair. Customer service continued to delay me and made me wait until end of day 12/21 before they would assist. They refunded the 2 pairs that never shipped but that doesn't help me in this late hour. Buyer beware. I asked them to re-ship out the missing items and they would not. They just said to keep waiting.

I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware

I ordered a bag and it came in an olive color but I wanted a black one. I sent an email and received a response from Caitlin right away.
She was very helpful in reordering the bag in the correct color free of charge. As an added bonus I was told to keep the initial item.

I placed an order for the spin brush with 4 mop heads and the earbuds. Everything went well until I received word my items were being returned to sender, due to not having my address. If I didn't have a correct address, why didn't Morningsave contact me, so I could update and reorder. I have ordered many times and Never had a problem. I can't understand why my items can't be resent to me when they arrive back at the office. I am very disappointed and refuse to order from them again. If I could give a zero I would do that instead. Their customer service was No help either. I didn't want a refund I wanted the items.

I have never been disappointed by the customer service at MorningSave. I have purchased numerous products and have overall been satisfied with purchases. But, on occasion I have had products that don't meet my expectations and some that actually were below standard by any measure

Yesterday a recently purchased product fell apart after 60 days since purchased.
I reported the situation this morning and by afternoon Lilith in Customer Service had immediately issued a refund. This is Customer "satisfaction centered" Service.
Had a problem with a product. Emailed MorningSave, and was immediately taken care of within 48 hours. Communicated with Sean. He was great. Thank you 😊

Received some items sold on site. Also received some items that appeared as "open items" (for example something that was offered as a 5 pc. Set but only received 2 and another item was offered as a 2 pack but only received 1) I still question the $120 value but was satisfied nonetheless at the $35 price I paid for the mystery box. Just IMO not a $120 value. Not based on morningsave's prices.
