Tracking says it's been in my city twice and then sent to Texas. I email, no response twice in over two weeks.
Seriously, cheap staffing lacking any sort of professionalism. Next I file with BBB and Post Master General for fraud.

I ordered the 3 in 1 bug zapper from them on June 24th.
Received an email with an expected delivery date July 6th - July 10th. Today is July 16th. I have emailed them twice to find out what is going on... no reply.

I ordered a air fryer on June 23,2020 and today is July 15,2020 and I still have not received it. The tracking information has not been updated since July 7th and it was about 60 miles from me in Sanston, Va. I was trying to help a small business out and this is the service I get. I will never order anything else from this website, it's not a lot of money that has been billed to me but it's enough for me to turn this over to legal matters so no one else goes through this.
The solar light were so cheap that the metal holders were bent; several of the lights were broken and the box that they came in was totally wiped out in delivery. Do not waste your time on this cheap stuff.
I have ordered from MorningSave many times and been very satisfied but this time is not the same. I ordered two fake flame tiki Bluetooth speakers for my yard around my pool and they both came broken. One the flame doesn't work and one the speaker doesn't work and the boxes they came in were all beat up: No one has contacted me. I have emailed the company that makes them and morning save multiple times and I've heard nothing and time is ticking on the return policy. So I wasted $50. I guess that is why they are so cheap. Your stuck with junk. Smh. All I want is a working item. Not too much to ask for. And they don't even have a number to call. Ridiculous. Be careful, sometimes cheap does mean low quality.

Unfortunately, I cant rate my item because I havent gotten it yet. I tracked it and on two different days it says it was delivered to the next town over. Then it says it's in a different state. I'm in New York and after it was in my area yesterday, today it says it's in Texas.

I order a chrono watch, $40. It took 3 weeks when it finally arrived it can't be set there are no instructions only a code to scan it will give you a webpage in china to login, but it doesn't exist. I got a specialist to set it up and he could not do it. Morning save does not contact or provide address phone # or solution. So I'm stock with a $40.
But no way to set up time or use it. Don't waste your money is the second time I order from them none of them work. I keep on asking for a refund, will be happy to send the crappy item back. But no one answer. Next step BBB. Oneyda M
I had a minor issue with a product I purchased that a loved (I'd been on the fence about smart watches, because I have such a small wrist, bought the Chrono smart watch, and have been loving it!). Unfortunately, the charger broke within 60 days. While I tried to just purchase a replacement, I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. I even tried to find the manufacturer and tried contacting the app dev. Silence. I gave up and contacted Morning Save to see if the warranty could cover it. Yup, it did and yup, my issue was resolved immediately! Morning Save has been one of those sites where you aren't so sure because everything is so inexpensive, but their service is actually awesome. I have ordered multiple items from here and enjoy what I purchase. Very easy to make your order, delivery fast and items packaged well. When there has been an issue it was resolved right away. Will continue to check daily and order for my job or personal. :)

I ordered a hair dryer, which I loved, and it quit working after 2 weeks. I emailed the company and they sent a replacement out right away. That is great customer service!
