Great portable sound machine

Bought this for my husband because he loves the sound of rain storms. Now I can't sleep without this now! Its small but the sound is loud and clear. Highly recommend this product

I ordered an air filter approximately 3 months ago. I have written emails to customer service 3 times. Have never received a response and have never received the product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THROWING YOUR HARD EARNED $ AWAY WITH THEM!

Excellent

My first order has a broken top to one of the bowls, I e-mailed letting them know about it and with a quite response from they letting me know that there sending a whole new set. Very impressed by the customer service on how fast this was taking care of.

Chrono watch

I order this watch to keep up with my BP, HR and Oxy level. The reading were so off. I sent a email to ask for a refund. They got right back to me. My money was refunded in my account in about 3 days. Very pleased :)

Fast and courteous response.

After I emailed Morningsave about an item I ordered and received I got an email from Taylor. She apologized and gave me options of resolutions as I had received an item that was broken. I let her know what I wanted to do and she promptly let me know that she had checked the inventory and would be sending out a replacement item. Very courteous and quick response time.

I have had to make repeated inquiries as to the whereabouts of the products that I have ordered. Apparently, they are using Pitney Bowes shipping facilities, which has been grossly understaffed. If you don't mind waiting for a month to receive your products, then you'll like this company and it's offerings. As I told them, this is why Amazon has been so successful. Amazon gets their customers their products either the same day, next day or within a week. None of this ordering today and then receiving it in a month. As far as the quality of the merchandise, once I received it, I can honestly say that the products have been exactly as advertised, except for the Cop Cam. The video camera has never worked and the still pictures came off very blurry. But other than that, I have ordered many items from them and have been very pleased. It's just the shipping time, to receive my products, has been awful and upsetting!

Difficult problem solved well
June 15, 2020

I ordered the 12 piece Cuisinart Pro cookware set and it arrived in a box that was water damaged and taped up. All items were in new condition except for the 10" saute pan which was scratched, dirty and burnt, obviously used. It was impossible to return the entire set because of the damaged box. Megan promptly resolved my problem by issuing me a credit for the ruined pan so I could replace just the one item with a direct order from Cuisinart. I greatly appreciated the excellent resolution to my issue!
