I do not spend much time on Facebook but I am especially thankful for that day that I discovered a MaxSold ad. We were looking at moving from a big house to a condo. We had stuff we had inherited from family members still sitting in boxes in our basement from our last move of over 20 years ago. We knew we had to get rid of much of it. Then MaxSold came into our lives. Stuff we would have thrown actually made us money. Our first experience netted us about $750 and we did little of the work involved in getting it sold. I recommended it to a friend and we added some of our stuff to their sale and we netted nearly $2K the second time. Can't wait to do it again as I am assembling an inventory now to sell!

I love this site. I win a lot of usable items and I do not have to sit around some auction house waiting for the auction. I bid from my desk or couch easy peasy.

I will not refer any of my clients to Max Sold as a seller. The platform is a loser for sellers. The people were great. If they would set a base price on items to start and not sell items for 1.00 I would refer my clients as I sell Real Estate. So not happy, J. Carter

Not allowed to review and make changes in write up of items for sale before hand. Therefore accurate description of items not accomplished. Expensive quality items sold for tiny fraction of their worth. Sale was supposed to last for 7 days, Only 3 days happened.

I love Maxsold, especially for furniture. When something is big or heavy, not many people bid on it. That's how I got 2 brand new, matching recliners for $1 each. I was so happy you'd think I'd won the lottery!

Over the past couple years I have made 8-10 purchases from MaxSold auctions without one issue.
I have found their directions to be quite clear as to bidding, pickup, time frames, etc. Every person I have dealt with so far was helpful and accommodating. If you read what they post you will have all the information needed.
One purchase I made included a fire pit. It was full of ashes. I dumped them out on site and that revealed that the bottom was burned out. I showed an attendant and the charge was promptly removed from my account. You do need to check your items on site as is clearly stated.
I buy from a few action sites and MaxSold is my preference. I purchased a full set of leathers, including boots, gloves and a good quality helmet for $60. I consider that a very good deal. I operate as a re-seller.

I have found many awesome treasures, made extra cash and furnished 2 homes! Not every company is perfect but what I love most about Maxsold is that they go above and beyond to settle any issues you may by some chance have come across.

I have bid on several of Max Sold's auctions, and won a few great lots for prices as low as $1.00! For instance I won an auction in the next town over from where I live that was a collection of five brand new lampshades still in their original packaging, that were not an expensive when purchased at retail price, and I only had to pay one dollar for all of them! For anybody that knows how expensive lampshades really are, it makes checking out a Max Sold auction a no brainer! They are very organized and every step of the process from organizing the auction for the sellers, to making the process of picking up auction items for winners a process that doesn't require waiting in line and keeps the flow moving. Kudos to them for cornering the idea of the online estate sale and such a well thought out approach. Their customer service is also always top-notch. I've posted 2 of the 5 new lampshades I got, which breaks down to $0.20 each! The large grey one retails for $50.00! You can see it is still in its original packaging. What a bargain!

Max Sold is the best auction site out there! Real time bidding & communication, area choice, easy to navigate site, easy pick up & great photos. I have enjoyed many auctions and treasures from this site!

I was so very impressed with the initial interactions, the team who came to photograph and list my items, and the overall process. Then the lack of appropriate marketing in my area meant that after I paid the fees I only netted $100, almost half of the sold items were not picked up so they are still my problem to deal with, and during the supervised pick up, three different incidents happened that damaged walls in my home. The agents on site assured me that MaxSold would take care of it. I have called multiple times, asked to speak to "supervisors" who promised return calls, and no one will call me back and we are over a month out from the pick up date. What had started out as a great experience quickly turned sour and I am beyond disappointed that MaxSold won't even return my calls.

MaxSold CEO Adam, did not abide by our contractual tort law agreement to deduct $450 total ($150 from 2018 + $300 from 2021) auction.) I asked for information before, during and after my self managed auction and confirmation, to ensure all would proceed smoothly beginning to my end payment. I checked and MaxSold insisted before the auction that the second option of 30% would not and could not be taken as I had arrived at a set agreement with CEO Adam for a total $450 payment. MaxSold took 30%. I advised MaxSold if they did not honour our agreement I would seek legal advise and present MaxSold emails as proof of our agreement. I urge MaxSold, yet again, to correct their mistake.

Terrible company not only do they take 30 percent of your sales but they take 15 percent from buyers as well reducing the potential money you can get from the sale from your items and lots stay away from this company not to mention they have no control of the fraudulent charges made on your items no security to prevent fraudulent credit card payments

I have gotten some great deals including a mahogany table for $6. I find the secret to cheaper bulky items is that the farther they are from the main city the cheaper they go for. The only tech problem I encountered was when I bought too much and they had to adjust the pick up time.

I have bought items at several auction and have never been disappointed. The items were accurately described and I got amazing deals. Pick-up was so easy and safe. I keep going back to them to find great items.

Love this site. Local auctions. Lots of different auctions. Easy to find pick up locations. No problem with any items purchased through this site.

I missed my pick ups due to Tropical storm Henri' and also the time frame I was given for an alternate: the pickup sight was closed. This was an emergency, MaxSold Terms clearly state Emergencies: we will work with you. All I received was a form e-mail reply and that form reply did nothing to address my plea It only presented their terms and conditions, I replied as was directed and received the same response form E-mail I strongly urge people to avoid any business with MaxSold.
