This company is a scam. Firstly, over charged me. They agreed to refund, but never sent back my money. They claim they did, but they didn't. I asked for proof, they sent me nothing to show it was sent back to my card, in my name. Anyone else suffering with this awful company, I recommend getting in touch with European Ombudsman to as they are very helpful. Avoid at all costs.
Easy to sign up, but impossible to cancel. I tried to cancel yesterday. Hit the cancellation button which extended my subscription for an additional two months.
To add insult to injury, I was billed twice on the same day. Two charges to my credit card for two different amounts. Charges are currently being disputed with my credit card company.
Don't use this company I signed up, wasn't getting the use out of it so cancelled the day it was due to start again but they still took £69.99 out of my account and won't refund me the money back even though I have closed my account with them. Shocking service and clearly just after making as much money as they can!
Do not subscribe, you will have huge issues; the enrol process is deceiving, the refund options are basically inexistent - you have to leave a comment on some page, they ask for reasons and once you explain, they just say, sorry, we have rules, no refund for you.
They lure you in with a low monthly fee but that is not giving you access to many things, even if the process makes you believe those things (like the nutritional plan) are included. Upsell, scam!
I tried to sign up for a one week trial and the billed my PayPal 3 different charges and signed me up for a recuring charge. I did not agree to any of this. Can't beleive PayPal still services them. No response to emails to cancel
When purchasing, the information led me to believe it was just a single payment, then they charged me a monthly fee that I didn't know about. It's a scam. Don't buy.
So I purchased a subscription to try it out. I realized my own routine was far more effective, so I canceled it, didn't bother trying to get a refund. I got two emails, one confirming the cancel, the other offering a free month. They charged me again on Friday, saying it wasn't canceled just paused. Seriously? So obviously I ask for a refund and put in a request to delete my account. (My bank detected fraud and now my card is canceled, thanks madmuscles) they refused to refund me but offered me 3 free months. NO. So now I have to dispute it via my bank

This is a scam. The app is predatory not making it clear what you are signing up for. Was charged over $250 when I was trying to sign up for the basic plan. Asked for the subscription to be canceled and refunded and told to review the refund policy which states the following:
Personal reasons (you don't like the product, it did not meet your expectations etc.);
Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid etc.).
So they basically steal your money then tell you to go away. Do not give this company your money.
Responded to a popup ad, they tout all sorts of features and benefits, and an inexpensive deal for ~3 months of service for $25 dollars.
What they don't make clear is that to actually receive all the services initially advertised requires purchasing add-on services. Screen after screen of added costs.
Attempted to cancel online - and couldn't. Messaged them and they canceled my auto-renewing plan, but refused to refund my initial payment because they "have specific rules and policies in place that guide our decision-making" and my "situation does not need the criteria for an approved refund" instead of a refund they offered me three months free for an app I have never used and never will use.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Don't even try it. I tried and hated the structure and app. It wasn't what I expected and I canceled and asked for a refund immediately. They denied it. I paid $40. So, if that little amount is so important to them they can keep my $. I did the initial login and wanted to cancel immediately.
No advanced warning of further charges and was deducted from my Paypal account without my knowledge. Requested cancelation and refund was told they have rules and cannot refund, but can give me 3 more months free. Its useless anyway and is obviously structured to extort money. Most subscriptions would offer refunds if you cancel within days of the subscription falling due. Not these clowns. STAY AWAY. Pretty sure this is all a breach of Australian Consumer Law and I will be reporting this. Here is the email with my name removed.

Complete ripoff. They charge you all kinds of add on fees by asking u double negative questions and once u answer... bingo you approved another $75 add on perk and u CANNOT REVERSE IT! Same day I realized what a mistake this was and I contacted them directly and cancelled asking g for a refund... auto response NO WAY! BUT PLS GIVE US A GOOD REVIEW! I cancelled thru my credit card all their phony charges... on the app there is no way to cancel your subscription! Stay away...

BEWARE they are scammers! I was expecting paying 15.99$USD for one month and they charged me extra amounts of 29.95$USD and 19.99$USD that I wasn't aware of. Also they put you on an automatic monthly renewal of 59.98$USD. I tried to cancel the subscription by myself but it was impossible to do so. Seeing that I've contacted them by e-mail (there is no phone) to cancel subs and have a refund on the amounts I wasn't aware of. They cancelled the subs (but not trusting them I've cancelled my credit card) but didn't get the refund. I've sent a dozen of emails back and forth with always the same kind of answer (a bot!?) saying that the billing manager doesn't approve the refund. The first time I've contacted them was the next day and I even told them to keep the 15.99$ (even though I won't use their app after losing my trust), I just want a refund on the amounts I wasn't aware of and still they did't want. So here I am to warn you that you'll get scammed (even though they will say they are not scammers). DO NOT buy from this company.
This is a scam app, avoid. They just want your bank details, once you realise the app is junk and cancel it they will continue to steal your money from your account
I unsubscribed several months ago and only just found out that it was still being charged to my account. They refused to offer me any kind of refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Don't get scammed like I did.
I signed up for a 1 month plan on 8 April (on promo price) and I didn't realised the small print that it will be automatically renewed at a full price the following month. So, I was charged the full price upon renewal on 8 May, which I only found out when I checked my credit card statement. I immediately wrote in to cancel the plan around 9 to 11 May where I was told that no refund will be provided and they will only stop charging me in June (the next cycle). They then offer for me to renew at an even lower price but I just ignored the offer as I felt cheated.
Here comes June 8th, and the continue to charge me at the full price. This is a total scam! So, dishonest, continue charging me even though I cancelled the plan!
I have just wrote to them to reverse the charge. I am concerned that they will give me the same excuse again. I.e. They cannot reverse the payment and continue charging me month after month.
For everyone's info, this company make it impossible for you to cancel the plan as I experienced. I had to spend over 1 hour looking for where (the button in the app and web portal for cancellation) I can do the cancellation but failed. Eventually I had to write in - but still being charge for service that I have terminated!
The get you in cheap...then after 3 months charge the full price. Read the fine print. Don't do it. Find another app. Not worth the hassle
I cancelled my subscription but still continued being billed refusing a refund request of mine. Their service was really poor and they stopped replying to my emails. DO NOT SiGN UP WITH THEM.
