Camera did not work delivery takes for ever, ok yes they took care of the not working item but when you read that it was cleared by quality control.

You have a good product but your competitors have better delivery speed
Waited forever for delivery forever when arrived all OK the watch I got stopped working after 2 days.
No I have not complained as it would probably take so long.
Did say was willing to pay more for courier delivery they said not possible and automated reply are so rude will be using shein in future
Always on time great quality sometimes sizes are not true
Often the packaging is not adequate to contend with the Spanish postal service or couriers.
Occasionally items arrive chipped, bent or cosmetically damaged.
It's just not worth complaining as any replacement will arrive in the same condition.
The quality is usually pretty good. Most all materials are polyester, so it's kind of thin compared to cotton, but the prints are vivid. It's the shipping at the holidays that's an issue, because it's really slow. If you're going to order Christmas clothes, order them very earlest November, even end of October would be better. My orders were on 11/10 took to 12/9 for the second order to come in. Same with last year. Only gives family a couple weeks to wear the Christmas outfits I ordered.
The best price for clothing... Quality adequate to the price, transport a bit expensive but fast and safe. By now for everyday clothes I always buy from them

Absolutely great. Brought several items all perfect,and fit perfectly.
Have ordered the HK9 there and are very satisfied with it. Service is good. Only a minus point, the delivery takes a very long time. If you already see that from ordering to delivery at the airport before departure takes 5 days and then there are another 2 days before the plane departs. With another site (will not mention a name) I would have it at home in a maximum of 8 days. That I for me the only minus point. Furthermore, the stuff is great and the service too.
Recently I thought an item was missing from my order and contacted them
They responded promptly with list of actions to be taken by me
I later discovered my mistake - the item was there,hidden in a corner

Toutes les commandes que j'ai passées ces derniers mois sont arrivées à temps et en bon état. J'adore leurs t-shirts et sweat-shirts. Ils vont parfaitement. J'ai également acheté des ustensiles de cuisine, des fleurs artificielles, des tennis, des pantoufles, des bougies Led, etc... et mes cadeaux de Noël

Comme j'ai toujours été satisfaite (sauf à deux reprises, lors de ma première commande, il y a longtemps) de mes achats chez LITB (et ils sont nombreux), j'ai acheté les articles de la commande susmentionnée pour un membre de ma famille pour qu'elle puisse les offrir à Noël.
Pour elle, elle a gardé les 2 boules anti moucherons et le sweatshirt blanc avec le chat, 2 articles que j'avais achetés pour moi même auparavant, donc je savais de quoi je parlais.
Je suis enchantée de tous les articles que j'ai reçus, que ce soient les fleurs artificielles, le très confortable t-shirt que j'ai enfilé dès la réception, les petites bougies Led, la brosse pour les rainures des fenêtres (très pratique) etc... Bravo
Je n'ai eu qu'une seule mauvaise expérience avec ma première commande, dans laquelle les tailles avaient été mal indiquées. Aujourd'hui, après de très nombreux achats chez LITB, je peux dire que je suis enchantée de tout ce que j'ai acheté, que ce soit les modèles, la qualité des tissus, le confort. La même chose pour les petits articles de cuisine qui vous facilitent la vie, etc
Je ne sais plus de quelle commande, il s'agit. Mais, toutes les commandes sont bien arrivées, sauf une commande livrée par Colis Privé qui a provoqué de très grosses difficultés, mais après de nombreux messages entre le service clientèle qui est très efficace et moi, nous avons pu régler le problème et le colis est finalement arrivé. J'affirme que Light in the box n'était pas du tout responsable du problème, c'était entièrement la faute du livreur Colis Privé qui n'a pas bonne réputation en Belgique, vu les critiques des clients sur ce livreur

There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
